This great waterfront Rubane island Resort is a paradise. Breakfast is a Buffet with coffee, portuguese juices and made to order egg and omelet station, pastries and yogurt. The full bar is not included in the inclusive meals plan of breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner. You can chose from several options for appetizer, main and dessert prepared by The French Chef. Options include grilled fish, seafood, dishes and pasta and meat and lamb. Our group preferred the shrimp preparations and stuffed crab. The captain fish, ,ceviche, various skewer preparations are excellent. Selects from Desserts like lava cake, ice cream, flan, mousses, and our favorite cannon ball with sweet stuff finside a large dark chocolate ball. Excellent. Presentation. The full bar offers cocktails, wines, and beers. Open air Dining settings include 4. -6 person tables, and a larger group area on deck with twinkling lights. 40 unique bungalows offer various and layouts to accommodate single travelers, couples, families, and any size groups. Bathrooms offer a hot water walk in shower, own toilet, mosquito nets. Hard woods, reeds, and other native highlight the decor in cabinets and sitting area. Each front porch is decorated with local wood carving. Some porches are in shade and some in full sun.
