10 reviewsThis is my second time in El Estor and my second time at Chalet Castillo. Everything I said in my previous review is the same, except they moved the beer and water cooler from the deck to another area. A little further walk to get a beer. I've also stayed at Calle Real Hotel in El Estor. Both are great. This one has a view from the deck that is spectacular from the deck. One night I was able to watch the storms roll in from across Lake. Once again, if you visit El Estor go visit Agua Caliente. This is a beautiful place. The restaurant next door to Chalet Castillo is very good. I've also eaten at the restaurant in Calle Real, it is good as well. I picked "Beachfront". Understand you are right on the water, but there is no beach as such. Read my earlier review for more photos and information.

A great hotel to have a nice rest before long walks around the city. Hotel «Chalet Castillo» is located in Izabal. This hotel is located in 25 km from the city center.
At the hotel
