Just spent 3 wonderful weeks here. Georgia broke a bone in her foot and was on crutches but the standard and hospitality was still excellent. Antonis worked his socks off to maintain their high standards.
We have stayed here for 16 years and wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

'Georgias Rooms' is about a 5 minutes walk away from the beach and the village center in a quiet residential area. My studio (No 1) was facing a garden and a not much used street. Just behind the building with 5 rooms for rent and an unfinished top floor is a parking lot, where I could leave my rented car overnight. The friendly couple, who are running the place, live just behind and can be contacted any time. Antonis picked me up at the harbour and dropped me off there again, while his wife Georgia twice offered me selfmade cakes and sweets.

The studio is not very big, but it had all I needed. I even liked the fact that there was no TV in there, something I anyway never use on such trips. Besides the twin beds it had a wardrobe, a few drawers, a writing table, an empty fridge, a small kitchen and bedlamps by the beds.. The balcony with table and two chairs faced a small garden and the street. I especially also liked the clothesline, missing at all my other places I stayed on this trip.

On the windows (also in the bathroom) and on the French window leading to the balcony, it had mosquito screens, but there were still plenty of mosquitoes inside. In Greece I always travel with elelctric mosquito repellant, but I saw in a drawer that this could also be found in the studfio.

The room was very clean and serviced every day. Sheets and towels get changed on the third day. In the bathroom it had liquid soap, but no shampoo (and no hairdryer). Although the house seems new the plumbing is not and toilet paper has to go into a bucket.

A/C, but also a ventilator worked well, so did the WiFi - in the studio and on the balcony. Prices are slightly high and I paid less than here at my hotels in Kos and on Nisyros, where there was a breakfast buffet and once even a swimming-pool included. But all in all it was a relaxing and pleasant stay here.

We were let down by the original rooms we had booked (Sofias rooms ) . .2 days before we arrived saying they had a "problem" with the room . Managed to book online Georgias rooms as a replacement and it turned out to be a superb choice. Although it,s only a 10 min walk to the ferry we were met by Adonis and taken to Georgias. We can honestly say that after over 35 years self catering in Greece and the islands the  rooms were some of the best we have ever stayed in, spotlessly clean in a lovely quiet location yet only 5 mins from all Livadia has to offer.We were brought fresh figs and cake by Adonis,s wife and on leaving my wife was given a lovely gift .Highly recommended.

Every time we're in Tilos we're coming here. We love Georgia and her husband Andonis, they are very friendly.
The rooms are very clean and some have a little kitchen. 
Every room has a good terrace, a fridge and a little bathroom. All you need....
The sea and the beach are nearby as well the restaurants.
It's a perfect place to visit this quiet island we love so much.

Georgia's rooms are quiet and beautifully kept. We couldn't have wished for a better spot. Splendid views of the mountain and 2 minutes walk from the beach. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful.  We were collected from the ferry and dropped off. The rooms were cleaned daily. Our hosts had plenty of advice for us about the best beaches on the island. The apartments are surrounded by a lovely flowers.
