Triantafyllou Maria Rooms

We stayed here in august& really enjoyed our stay. The owner was soo friendly and nice, went out of his way to accomodate us. When we got off the ferry he was actually waiting for us with a sign ready to pick us up which was totally unexpected, since everyone else had to wait ages for the bus. He also gave us some of his home made wine to try and his neighbour picked plums and gave us an armful. The apartment was 10 min walk from town but we liked this because it feels like your in the middle of the countryside& we hired a scooter which is essential for seeing the best parts of the island. The apartment was spacious with a little balcony and good air con, bathroom very basic but functional and kitchen available but not much equipment which didnt matter because we ate out all the time because it was soo cheap. All in all considering the price its ery good value and a great greek experience. Italian/ English couple
