Theodora Studios

These apartments are excellent for their star rating. The whole area is beautifully kept, very well looked after. Very good daily cleaners and towel changes. Comfortable beds, good shower, small kitchenette with everything you need (would be a bit of a challenge cooking a full meal but we don’t use it to cook dinner). Fine for preparing breakfast and lunch. The surrounding gardens are beautiful. The whole area is lush and green, views over the valley towards the sea. Shutters on doors so black out at night. Excellent air con. Theodora shares the pool with Argento. The pool area is also very well looked after, clean and comfortable beds. Unfortunately towel warriors there leaving towels reserving the best beds then going off for hours. This isn’t Theodora’s though, so no control over that. We were dreading the hike up the hill but it really isn’t that steep, more an initial slope then evens out. There’s a supermarket a few minutes down the road. All prices are same as UK. Buses, lots of them, 2 or 3 euros each journey. They do get busy at certain terms. Early evening when people going into town. Taxis also plentiful, just flagged it down as bus was busy. €15 to town from bus stop 15. The local people are the friendliest I’ve met. I would definitely return here.
