King Size Villas

We were on our honeymoon and the place was perfect. The beach was just outside and the place was clean and beautiful. Staff was very helpful and arranged what we needed. We had a great time and recommend this place to both couples and families!

We are just back from a great stay at the villas last week. 
Location was perfect, short distance from the town centre big central to the island itself. 
Great facilities in the villa, big, clean, outdoor space. Pool and rooms are cleaned daily to a great standard. 
The staff service provided was next to none, very accommodating. Collected us from the airport and advised food places open as we arrived late evening. 
Also allowed us to check out later due to a later in the day flight home. 
Would definitely recommend, and will be back.

We were there at the end of april and the temperatures at night weren’t warm so we needed heating for the child, but all the 3 airconditioners weren’t working. It wasn’t the remote as we were told. They repair the central the next day. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was clean. Sea beach is near and beautifull. The service people were little strange, so they were moving arround although they weren’t needed. You sit and see something moving outside but you don’t expect no one. Cleaning lady was waiting outside while we were preparing to leave and i ask here to be patient and give us some privacy.

Gorgeous group of 5 villas above Vassilias Beach. Ours was 3 bed Leonidas, which was spacious, very clean and had a perfect sun trap of a pool. The views are incredible, from lots of outdoor seating on a huge terrace. Bedrooms are large and beds very comfy. The staff were all super helpful, answering any questions quickly. Location was great for us, with a small beach opposite, through the cool tunnel. 15 mins walk towards town was Megali Amos with a small supermarket and beach tavernas, 25 minutes (more hilly) the other way was our favourite Achladies Beach, crystal clear waters, sunbeds and a few restaurants plus a bakery, supermarket and cracking kebab shop too (Meating Place). 

As we were there early May, there were no water taxis yet and some restaurants were just opening. Lots to do still in Skiathos Town (an 8 euro taxi ride) - boat trips, plenty of food choices, cocktails and fab people watching. It was an amazing, relaxing short break,  and only 15 minute transfer from the airport (collection is free if you book the villas directly). Huge recommendation from us, we'd love to come back soon. And if you're an Abba/Mamma Mia fan, unmissable 🤣

Wow! Is all we can say about these villas. 

Not only is the view incredible, all the facilities and particularly service was fantastic. Thank you to Kiriaki who accompanied us on our (included) transfer to the villa. She was just lovely - gave us tips on what to do and where to go and when we struggled, also arranged taxis on our behalf. Always so responsive and happy to help throughout our stay.

We asked for water and ice to be available at the property in advance and there was ample on arrival - plus a lovely bottle of wine as a welcome gift. There are restaurants nearby and the bus stop right across the road into town (this is bus stop 7, town is 4). Kassandra Bay is 5mins walk along the beach for a nice spot of lunch and that’s where the water taxi into town leaves from - just along from Golden King’s private beach loungers - perfect location!

The villas themselves were cleaned daily to an impeccable standard and towels constantly refreshed. The photos don’t do the place justice, really excellent facilities, fixtures and fittings, well functioning air conditioning, good sized fridge, kitchen all you need, and great sized pool. Good WiFi. We really didn’t want to leave!

The only thing is that the top two villas are up a very steep hill which can be tricky for people with mobility issues however, the higher you go the better the view so definitely worth if if you can do it!

This was our second holiday at the Golden King villas and we most certainly will be returning next year.
We booked 2 villas as we were a large family group ranging from age 80 to 18 and everyone loved it.
I can not fault anything! The lovely people who look after the villas were so helpful from booking to leaving. The views are spectacular from the very spacious balcony and the pools were perfect to dip into, well maintained by the lovely man who rescued us when the keys were left inside the villa one afternoon. The beach is over the road and the bus stop at the bottom of the drive.
The location is excellent with easy access to Skiathos town via the water taxi situated on the beach.
All in all we can not wait to go back, happy family memories at the Golden Kings x

Fabulous week. We were a family of 6 and the villa and location were perfect for us. Met at the airport by Kiriaki, driven to villa and shown around. Helpful advice given on nearby restaurants, water taxi, buses and places to visit. 
Villa was spotless and very spacious. Views are stunning. Pool was kept beautifully clean. And outdoor space very relaxing. 
Cleaners came daily and were very discreet. We always had clean towels (indoor and out). No evidence of any insects at all, unlike a previous post. 
One slight problem with 1 air conditioning unit was dealt with immediately after getting in touch with Kiriaki. 
Beach is lovely and quiet, on doorstep with own sun beds (never a problem getting one) and beautiful clear water. A taverna at either end of beach and water sports top it off. 
Week went too quick. Couldn’t have been better 

Absolutely stunning place. First of all the view leaves you speechless.second the villas are clean and have all the comforts u need and the balconies are ideal to chill with your company ! The location is great too 5 mins from center and 10 mins from the best beaches of the island , plus the villas have their privacy so it’s not busy and loud like hotel you can enjoy everything like it’s you own place really . Overall Loved it 😍

Panos and the team at Golen King Villas were excellent. There is no reception but they were availiable on call all the time for any small questions or help. We enjoyed so much our private pool for the first swim of 2019. Also we used the aegean car service which was great as we had an extra discount and free delivery to our villa. 

It was amazing place with the best comforts! We had a great time and our accommodation was the best part. Clean and very good aesthetics inside and outside. The view was amazing and I recommend the place!!! Very good prices in combination with the comforts. Good job golden king...see you soon!!

Excellent location with amazing views. Nice size pool, daily housekeeping. Bus stop 7 just outside and access to water taxi's close by. Lovely accommodation. Only negative's are if a larger group stays then the shower room could be an issue, there are 2 showers with no screen in 1 bathroom. The hot tub in the main bedroom is lush. Overall a lovely holiday. I cannot emphasise how beautiful the sea views are. Internet was a bit slow at first. Would be good to have a docking station or speakers.
