349 reviewsWe had another fantastic stay at Ostria , we didn't arrive until very late but we were met at the airport by Sirios ( please excuse the spelling if it is wrong ) the barman/ waiter / all round fab guy with a friendly greeting , he is also a very good driver & we felt very safe with him . When we arrived at the Ostria we were greeted by Natasha who worked there last year with another big smile , Natasha is very friendly & helpful in any way she can . We had one of the more basic rooms downstairs which was really comfortable with a lovely terrace , it was kept spotlessly clean by by Lola . Next morning we were greeted by all the family who are always pleased to welcome us , breakfast was good & plentiful . The Ostria is in a fantastic location with a brilliant beach just over the road & plenty of good restaurants & 3 supermarkets within a few minutes walk . The Ostria also do food in the daytime such as sandwiches, omelettes , & the best burgers & a good pint in a chilled glass. The bus stop to town & other beaches is also just across the road although you don't get any road noise at the hotel , the buses are cheap & frequent .We spent a lot of time by the pool which again is spotlessly clean and was never too busy while we were there . The grounds are beautiful thanks to Mamma & Ben. All things being well we will be able to return to Skiathos next year & if we do then it will definately be to the Ostria
