I booked a room for 6 pax because all other rooms were booked already, when me and my gf got to skiathos late in the night I received a call from the owner Eleni who started complaining that she was waiting all day for us to arrive! I told her from before that we are coming from Cyprus but she was too lazy to check the flight.(and they don't have a lot). So our adventure began with an overbooking! we were to stay in a proper hotel for the first night and the next day to go to the 6pax room we booked! Eleni took us to an awful 2 pax room and demanded to collect the whole amount before we close the door. We paid and asked for a receipt...she refused and said she was going to give me the receipt on the last day! How witty!!! the bathroom door was broken and couldn't use the toilet in privacy, their was alive bacteria in a "decor" from still water that was never cleaned and not at all clean! I asked for a refund after this hell just to realize i was talking to a wall! Eleni was smoking non stop and shouting threats saying she can do whatever she wants with the price of the rooms and if she was in the mood to go now and change them she could and there as nothing I could do about it! We asked for the bathroom door to be fixed and she refused.  We had 3 days to go and enjoy this beautiful island and she took all the joy away from us! for sure we will visit the Island again but I really want to warn people NOT TO GO TO THIS PROPERTY OR OWNER!!! she is very rude and unpleasant person, trying to take whatever she cans from you! oh and the receipt fro the accommodation you have to fight for it. We met in a cafe at the harbor after she was ONE AND A HALF HOURS LATE just to give us a piece of paper that she wrote on the pricing and signed! My advice is that you can find a much better place with the same amount of money, you don't have to suffer for a 20 euro cheaper accommodation.
