Very nice and well kept family run studio building. There is everything in a close vicinity. Ideal for children. A very large green yard with everything included in the facility, parking, playground, football, basketball, barbeque place. We were very satisfied.

We spent a few days at this studio rentals by the beach. The garden is big and offers serenity and place for children to run around and play in. Parking available and barbeque available as well. 

It's a great location to visit other parts of Sithonia. If you wish to visit the restaurants in Vourvourou and have children, I advise to take the car as it is a bit of a walk as this is located close to the start of Vourvourou. 

The staff are very friendly and helpful at all times and very accommodating. 

The room and towels are very clean and towels and sheets changed regularly. 

There are airers to hang your towels from the beach and a clean fridge to keep your food and drinks in. 

Would definitely recommend!

Great stay!

Very nice and well kept family run studio building. There is everything in a close vicinity. Ideal for children.

Nice barbecue garden, clean studios, close to a sandy beach. However, this is not enough for an unforgettable vacation, as being kind and feeling welcome is where you decide to spend the hardly expected summer vacation more important than one millimeter cut grass. We have visited Greece many times before, but have never received such a cold reception and on departure on the end. We paid the advance upon booking and as soon as we arrived we paid the rest (without getting any confirmation of payment). When the last day came, there was no owner to return the keys and say goodbye. The cleaner told us to leave the keys to her and we could go. I wanted an account for renting a studio,  it stuck here, as the owner avoided it and demanded payment of the tourist tax, but I said she did not mention it when I booked the studio and in this case the tax is included in the rental price. I made her angry. The story does not end here, when I finally got the bill, she wanted to see the studio (but not before, since the key would be taken over by the cleaner), where she inspected the balcony, plates, air conditioning pilots, ... and because she couldn't find anything to ‘revenge’, we finally said goodbye. I believe more friendly hosts than that will be found in Vourvourou.

Owners are not friendly

It is great place with families with kids - big green aria, very clean, good equipped, great see, reserved aria to the beach. Everything is excellent except the owners. The service that they provide to customer is very horrible. They are over controlling all things: closing the beach at 6 p.m., switch off the lights around the barbecue, very difficult access to washing machine, cleaning the room at 13 p.m. when you would like to put the kids to sleep and etc. They are trying to ruin our holiday all the time.

Great property and see BUT the customer service is very disgusting

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are very clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need. The beach is very close to the property with a reserved area for guests of the studios. 
Still I would not recommend this place due to the extremely poor customer orientation of the owners. No matter how great the place was, customer relationship ruined it all! We did not feel welcome! This is the first time we encounter such hostility in Greece, and we have been visiting this area for holidays every year for the past 10 years! All the time you are being watched and remarks are being made - new rules invented on spot. You don’t get to rest even at the beach! 
The cherry on the cake was one of the owners coming to “close” the beach every day at 6pm!! He would just stay behind us, watching us and his clock, acting nervous, making us feel very uncomfortable. This is completely unacceptable! 
With such a large coastal area in Greece, I would recommend you go someplace else for your vacation!
