Blue Angel Villa

We loved it so much 3 years ago that we came back again this year! Amazing views of the caldera from the rooftop deck and hit tub. Sitting on the rooftop you look out to the calm of the sea on the left and the fun, lights and music of town to the right. Easy walking distance just steps into town but nice to be away from the crowds at sunset to watch the sun fade. The house itself is beautiful and traditional. Big enough to sleep 8-9 people. The master bedroom has a hot tub in it. Master smells mildly moldy I think as a result of the dampness from the hot tub. Not unmanageable for me but was a bit noticeable to others in our party. Lovely greeter met us at bottom of street to take us to the villa. She came back daily to clean and help with anything we needed. Be prepared to walk your bags in from the street along cobblestones and up/down stairs. This has nothing to do with the villa owners. The street itself is just blocked by the city so the taxi can’t drive you very close to the villa. We loved the hot tub on the deck though it never actually got hot. We were told someone came to turn it on but it was cold the entire time. Overall we loved this villa and would definitely recommend it!
