We had an amazing stay at Oyster Luxury suites. We stayed in a superior suite and it was just perfect amount of space, very comfortable and super clean, we loved the outdoor area and plunge pool which is heated and also enjoyed the main pool, although this one is not heated but great to cool off in 😀 breakfast brought to your suite daily at a time you choose was also a treat and the terrace is a great spot to watch the beautiful sun rises.The hotel is on the east side of the Island so is much quieter than the west side however, we really liked having the option of going to the west side and being in the hustle and bustle of all the tourist areas and then being able to return to the hotel for some peace, relaxation and quiet.The hotel has a cafe that operates from 11-4 serving sandwiches, wraps, burgers and pizza and the bar serves drinks until 8pm. There is no restaurant onsite so if you want to eat in the evening you have to go to the main west area or the hotel has partnered with a local restaurant Caper, where you can order online and get it delivered straight to your suite. We had a couple of meals from there and service and food were really great. All of the staff were amazing and could not have been more attentive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We did decide not to hire a car or ATV as the driving in Santorini is rather crazy and used the taxis that the hotel organised which was absolutely fine and worked out around the same price in total.
