Petinis' place is great located next to the old port,next to the Caldera side and also next to the main square of Santorini.
So clean and quiet.
The staff was very kind and organised everything for us.They also gave us souvenirs from Santorini!
I totally recommend you.

We came with my husband in the middle of August for 6 days.The room was so pretty and clean.The staff of Petinis'place gave us a map and informed us about everything on the island like restaurants, with great breakfast,fish taverns,beaches,hidden places and hot spots of the island!They arrange everything for us,like transfers to the airport,car rental and also they suggested an amazing catamaran cruise in order to see Santorini from the best side :) We had clean towels everyday and also some extra towels for our swimming time at the beach!At the check-out time they gave us some gifts from Santorini...Amazing hospitallity!
We had such a wonderful time in this place.
Guys we will miss you so much!

If your looking for a place to stay with reasonable price , this is the place to stay at. Don’t think twice! In the heart of Fira , mini market , shopping, all kinds on cuisines close by. A Small walk to the cliff side to see the sunset & great food . Close to the taxi /bus station . 10 -15 minute walk to the Cable Cars. 
The Room has all the amenities you need . Cleaned daily , stocked with water & juice,  safe box , T.V. , hair dryer, coffee, sugar  & kettle , shampoo , conditioner, soap, towels for the beach too. Most important your hosts are amazing people and very helpful ready to give advice for where to visit on your stay. 

Petini's is in an ideal location if you are looking to be central and within walking distance of everything in Fira. It is on a beautiful street and above what we thought was one of the best shops in the area. Our room was spacious, clean, and stocked with coffee, water, and croissants everyday. The owners were so friendly and helpful. They even sent us with a gift when we left. Whenever we asked for a direction to a place, they typically walked us there or called our destination/taxi for us. We had a spacious balcony. This room does not have a view of the caldera; however, if you are looking for these views, you will be need to be in a completely different price point. Additionally, while we could hear music at night when the windows were open, this did not keep us up at night as we slept with the windows closed. Fira is known for it's night life and club so some noise at any place in the area will be expected. We would 100% stay here again!

We booked this place as it is in the heart of Fira. The rooms are located directly in the city centre next to all the cliff top restaurants, plenty of bars and local shops. There is also a supermarket within 2'' walking distance. The hosts own the shop adjacent to the apartments and as we arrived very early in the morning no-one was there yet, however when we met the hosts, they were most welcoming.

The room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. We were impressed by the daily maid service and replacement of water bottles and juice every day. There is also a coffee station including a kettle. Additionally we were given also towers for the beach. Although, we read reviews that the rooms are noisy, we did not had any problems with our sleep, maybe because we are heavy sleepers who knows!

I highly recommend Petinis Place. The location is perfect and the prices are reasonable.

First off let me say if you are even considering staying here in Thira stop thinking and book it. This was the perfect place for my best friend and I as we island hopped through Greece. We stayed 4 nights at petini’s place and every night was better than the one before. The location is amazing if you are not willing to spend extra money to be right on the caldera but only a 2 minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of Thira. The staff were amazing and so accommodating when we needed directions or tips on what to see. Every day our fridge was stocked with bottles of water and juice and there was an iron, a hot water kettle and a safe provided. Our room opened up to look over the main road and was just perfect. If you are looking for convenience, quality, and a real cultural experience petini’s place will give you just that and more! 


This is in a great location. You are able to walk and get all around from here without any trouble. It is on a little incline and the door is in between to businesses so you could miss it. Look for the sign. 

The owner owns the shop right next door which is great. It was a smaller size room. Would be nice for a bit more room to have to deal with luggage. They may have bigger rooms so just when you book check that out. The room was clean and had a safe. It was a basic room and was nice. He was kind to let us store our luggage for a few hours so we could walk around a bit before we had to get to the airport.

The staff was wonderful and helpful!! We felt very comfortable and appreciated the kindness!!

Very good place to stay in Fira, central  and close to the bus station. Also very clean and nice and spacious rooms. The host was very kind and helpful. Also served with tea/coffee making facilities. Would definitely recommend it.
