From the moment we arrived at Keti Hotel everyone was so nice & helpful with getting our bags to the room and checking in. The VIEW, it is absolutely breathtaking!! Our room had a large balcony where we watched the gorgeous sunset and even opted to stay in and have dinner there verses going out. We took a sunset cruise but really the view was better from our own balcony. Breakfast was provided each day and it was delicious, served by the sweetest ladies! Our room was very clean and comfortable, absolutely 5 stars!! There are a lot of stairs to get to the rooms, so the help with bags was fantastic. I noticed some travelers were carrying their own luggage, ours was included with our booking.

Where do i begin?  Yannis is a fabulous host and is full of great advice.  The location of the Hotel Keti was beyond perfect.  A very short walk too the Fira bus depot, so you can get anywhere on the island easily.  Also a very short walk to what seemed like limitless restaurant choices and shops.  Who needs the crowds and high prices in Oia when you have the most beautiful sunset here?

The breakfast was amazing.  Just select what you want and what time you'd like to eat the day before and the kindest ladies in the world will have it ready for you as soon as you sit down.  Having freshly squeezed orange juice every day in the cozy breakfast area was a real treat.

Room 12 / Cavehouse Suite was beyond my expectations.  Absolutely gorgeous.  Spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable, always spotlessly clean.  The views!  Oh the views!  The caldera, volcano, the "old port" and the beautiful Agean are just outside of your lovely indoor seating area and the lovely patio.  It was such a pleasure to have a cocktail on the patio while watching the most amazing sunsets.  It seemed to me that all of my wishes were taken care of, even before i could ask.

Loved the staff at this hotel.  Friendly with lots of suggestions.  Room a good size BUT the bed was small/short.  I am only 5'5" and when I stretched out my legs they hung off the bottom of the bed.  Lots of steps down to the hotel.  Only hotel without steps is probably Hotel Atlantis which is very expensive.  We got misdirected twice going up from the hotel.  Transportation from airport was smooth.  Unfortunately, lost a wheel on my suitcase.

We had a wonderful time at Keti Hotel. The view is breathtaking, we enjoyed watching the sunset there in peace on our balcony area. It’s nice and quiet and close to everything you need in Fira. The staff are lovely & helpful and the breakfast included was great. There are stairs to rooms though staff help carry bags. Hotel reception gave great suggestions to places to eat and also recommended sailing the Caldera with Caldera Yachting which is a must if you come to Santorini! The hotel is also close to the bus stop so we took the bus to various spots on the island such as Oia.

Most beautiful place on Santorini. The room was amazing and had the most beautiful view of the old port. You could see all the way to Oia.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The location was just amazing, we watched the sun set every evening on our private terrace, without having to battle the crowds. Also very close to the town centre. The room was perfect, quiet, very spacious and super clean. Breakfast was lovely with a big choice and nothing was too much trouble for the fabulous team that run the hotel.  Would highly recommend and will definitely be back again soon. Thank you.

Trying to decide what part of Santorini to stay and which accommodation to stay in can be quite time consuming and daunting, so I was so glad that I chose to spend our  5 nights on Santorini in a Sea View Suite (Cave House) at Keti Hotel in Fira. Worth every cent.The staff were very helpful guiding us with car parking, and how to find the accommodation (we arrived in the dark). The Hotel is absolutely amazing, built into the cliff with balcony and amazing views across the caldera, and along both sides of the coast. You can view the sunset directly from here. The room also was incredible to stay in, very stylish and comfortable, with a lovely smell of rosemary and lemon (I think), and quiet. Breakfast needed to be ordered the day before, but options and serves were plentiful,  and included tourist information daily.

If you go to Santorini, this is the place to stay!  The views of the caldera are phenomenal!  You can sit on you deck for breakfast or happy hour and watch the donkeys and tourists come and go from the old port.  Fira is the place to stay, to get away from the crazy crowded mobs of tourists in Oia.  All of the staff were great.  Breakfasts were delicious.  Fresh fruit and anything else you wanted. We really enjoyed our 5 day stay in Keti, wish we could have booked more days. I was so skeptical on booking it as it says a 3 star hotel. But when we get there, this hotel is a top notch! It’s more than a 5-star hotel from the quality, location and the service. The hotel ticks all the boxes! You can’t beat the location. It is 5 minutes walk to the centre and overlooking the caldera and the centre, at the same time you are away from the crowd! Our room was overlooking the caldera and the Fira’s white washed buildings. The rooms are so modern and sparkling clean. The cooked breakfast was all the time fresh and tasteful. All the staff are very nice and accommodating. This hotel really exceeds our expectation. We will definitely be back here.

Had an amazing stay at Keti Hotel.  Amazing views, breakfast every morning overlooking the caldera and cruiseships. Everyone was very friendly, only issue we ran into was the parking situation with our rental car, fighting for spots in a public lot during peak times.  Otherwise, perfect stay and will come back next time we're in Santorini.

Santorini, Keti Hotel - Fira - 6-9 Sept 2023 a charming cave room built into a rock face, very clean and well stocked.  Great views from balcony in front of room.  Watch the donkeys delivering tourists to and from their Cruise ships anchored in the Caldera. Breakfast was delicious and bountiful. Within walking distance of everything. Staff very helpful, courteous and friendly. Access is not for the infirm.
