A really lovely hotel, which feels like a sanctuary from the noisy bustle of Fira, although the location is very central. Simple, lovely room, which was spotless and comfortable. The whole hotel was beautifully cared for, with lovely fruit trees and plants. Helpful staff and the pool was fabulous.

We were so thankful for this place! Even tho the view of the water was minimal and the shower drainage struggled a bit, we still loved our stay. Breakfast was good, the staff was so welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the location was great! It felt like the lady who owned the place actually wanted us to be there and enjoy our stay!

We stayed in this family running hotel for three nights with my friends and we had a lovely experience. First of all the hotel is located only 10 minutes from the airport (with car) and 5 minutes walking from the main square, shops and restaurants. Also the main bus station is only 5 minutes walking from the hotel making it a great choice if you want to visit other areas of the island.

The room was very spacious, clean and had a very needed aircondition. It was cleaned everyday. The only downfall, it was that the shower was very tiny and the curtain was sticking on you, resulting  on water everywhere. However this was a minor issue comparing to the general experience. The pool was big and clean and were enough sunbeds for everyone.

The other major asset of this hotel, was its owner mrs Haroula! She was a great host, very friendly and informative. She was caring and making it sure that we would have an unforgettable island experience. All the staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended! 

Great location within walking distance of everything, very comfortable rooms with nice balcony. The pool was lovely too, warm with plenty of loungers. Great air-con also. Rooms kept nice and tidy daily. Maria and Lewis were fantastic hosts. 

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, central to shops & restaurants,  5 minute walk to Fira Town &  bus stop, good breakfast, room spacious & cleaned every day, very reasonably priced for 4 night B & B, would highly recommend this to family and friends.

Exceeded our expectations, this place was perfect for our five day stay in Santorini, location was central in Fira walking distance to all things in Fira, on street parking available, pool was clean and well presented. Two bedroom room was enough for a family of four.

For a 3 Star hotel, the hotel is really great. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and the employers are also helpful. The owner of the hotel is also very helpful if you have any questions..
The breakfast Buffet was also great.....
Location of the hotel is great....... Within a few walking Minutes you are in the city Centre of Santorini.....
If I am on the Island again, then I would book in the same hotel....


We had a lovely time in Greece staying in this hotel. The owner was super welcoming and friendly to all of us, specially my mother in law. They have a great pool and a lovely dog called Lucy who was a great company every morning during our breakfast.

Very friendly front desk, close to the bus station (only five minute walk) good for large groups (we had a quadruple room). We stayed on the 2nd Floor in room 223. Wifi was not great, but overall a pleasant stay in a room that was good value for the price.

Also, there is a store in the lobby where you can buy water or soft drinks.  

Would recommend if you are traveling with a large group of friends.

I enjoyed my 2 night's stay here. The rooms were basic and greek (but hey you are in Greece) but very clean. The only issue was the shower being so tiny and the curtain sticking to you. 
It's a 5 min walk (uphill) to the main square in Fira so in a great position. The pool is lovely and when I went during the day and it was nice and quiet. Later on, it gets busier when people return from their trips. it would be quieter if Italians learnt not to shout and walk about on their mobile phones so everyone gets a taste of their argument but this is not the hotel's fault and happens all over the world. 
The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was good.
If you want a cheap and clean option in a great position I highly recommend it.

Great Hotel

Great hotel in the centre of Fira

We stayed at New Haroula for 6 nights and we had a great time. The location is perfect with only a short walk to the main bars and restaurants, our room was nice and clean and a nice size with the only downfall being the size of the shower. The staff are lovely and cannot help you enough they’re very welcoming and friendly. The pool area is gorgeous with lots of flowers and greenery, the pool itself is bigger than the photos show and there’s no fighting for sunbeds as the pool doesn’t seem to get too busy even in August. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others staying in Fira.

Good Hotel Near Bus Station in Fira

Good location, a few minutes walk from the caldera lookout and bus station. The pool and cold breakfast are excellent. The rooms are small and basic. Keep in mind that this is Fira Santorini, where everything is expensive and space is limited. So, don't expect a balcony view of sunsets over the caldera with plush beds and upscale services at this price point. If you are expecting a European 2-3 star hotel, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Great for the price

The washroom was small. The breakfast was above average! However the people working there are amazing and caring. Victoria especially, I had an unfortunate accident on a 4 wheeler had to go to the hospital and when I came back Victoria offered to do my bandages up which she did. I could not be thankful enough because I was in a lot of pain and had to leave the next day. She is the reason this gets a 4 star rating!
