Alexandra Hotel

I would definitely come back and visit this hotel it was amazing! We got this holiday as a cheap last minute deal so wasn’t too sure what hotel would be like but it was amazing! The rooms are absolutely spotless cleaned on a daily basis and all the staff were super helpful and friendly, we were even able to move to another room for a later check out which was so helpful as we’re not leaving until 9pm and although couldn’t stay in same room the staff gave us another room to use for showers etc before leaving for a small charge. The air con in this hotel was free and included in the room, and there was just a small charge to hire a safety deposit box for a week, along with a small charge for the room tax. The food was lovely, breakfast although saying on website continental there was also some hot options there which was nice, and the lunch by the pool bar was good also we ate at the hotel multiple times during our stay for lunch.Drinks were also good they had a wide selection and the bar is open till 1am. The pool area was lovely! After reading a few reviews I thought we would never get sun beds, however waking up about 8 every morning we secured sun-beds no problem at all, and until about 9.30/10 there was at least a few sun-beds still spare (they might not be in direct sun but still available) however you could move the beds to be more in sun and/or shade whatever ur preference. With also bean bags and chairs available to sit near the pool. The pool was cold not sure if that is time of year we visited but nice to cool off after being hot all day! The staff at reception can also help you book excursions / taxis / find you buses etc, we went to oia for the day and the reception booked us the taxi and we got a card off them to book the same company back to hotel which was helpful as navigating buses in different countries can be difficult. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in kamari the location is also amazing, less than 5 minutes from the beach and also the main strip with all the restaurants and bars.
