We both work in the hotel and tourism industry so can sometimes be overly critical regarding hotels. Though, having just returned from a 9 night stay at Meroviglia all I can say is WOW! Beautiful spotless rooms with "turn down service" every day. Great fresh and varied breakfasts. Delicious cocktails. A lovely calm relaxing pool space. Ideal location. However, the true stars of Meroviglia were the young guys working there (George, Dimitri, Costas and Aris), they were truly phemonenal. Genuine, honest, personal and caring service showing true interest in all of their guests. They went above and beyond at every step. We have been fortunate to have visited and stayed at many places in the world and really have never experienced service quite like they provided. Absolutely nothing about it was forced. Thank you so much for everything guys, we left feeling as though we not only experienced exceptional service but actually made real friends. Thank you for for everything! Paul & Ewa
