The home is cute, it has everything you need and more.
Location is fantastic, terrace is nice but the best: the views!! Amazing! 
Staff is nice and helpful.
It is spacious and comfy. Perfect for up to 5 people. It has 3 cute bedrooms and 2 toilets. 1 kitchen and a huge terrace
I post some photos for everyone to see the views and the interiors.
Just to point out, Santorini and this house is quite not reachable for people with mobility issues. 
I would recommend it to everyone that wants to stay in Santorini, in a relax place within the centre

The only thing to highlight is that the house does not have a pool - despite some photos on the internet that makes you think otherwise

OMG the view from this place was amazing!! We always go to Greece but this was our first time in Santorini for our honeymoon. Ok so you cannot find this place on your own. We had the help of Gianni that we were in contact with from the beginning. We meet him by the post office and he lead us to the villa. My husband and I counted the steps to the villa. 164 steps!!! Be careful because they could be slippery. Thank goodness that there was another man that carried our luggage (pack light and don't pack heels). The villa is close to the blue domes churches and many photos ops so you will see a lot of people taking pictures and using their drones. When we got to the villa there was a damp smell but I got used to it after a while. We stayed in the maisonette which had 2 floors. I loved that it was a traditional white cave home and very "old school Greek". It could definitely use a little "TLC". I wish it had a pool, that would be the icing on the cake for this place because it gets VERY HOT and the beaches are not that nice there. Giannis bought us breakfast every morning which was very nice and yummy (juice, muffins, cheesepies). There are many restaurants around the home. Pelakanos was very yummy. You have to try Santorini's tomato balls and fava spread. The restaurants are very good but pricey. Oia is very expensive. Thira is not that expensive. We rented a car so we drive around the whole island. In Oia the restaurants and sunset locations get packed really fast. There are a lot of people walking in the narrow streets. The sun set is really amazing and it is all worth it. At night Oia gets really really really windy and cold. I had to buy a shawl to cover myself (50 euro) because I did not want to walk back to my villa to get my jacket (those steps!!) Some restaurants give out blankets to keep their customers warm. There are many places for shopping. I cant wait to go back!!!

Fortunately, Giannis arranged his staff to collect us from the bus stop as you will not find it amongst the numerous backstreets. As mentioned previously, there are lots of steps to get to these apartments so definitely not recommended for those with mobility issues. But the view is utterly superb. However you do sometimes feel you are in a goldfish bowl in that there are lots of people, despite the "restricted access" wanting that perfect shot so be prepared to a have a camera pointing at you at all times as these apartments are located amongst the famous Blue Domes in Oia so you end up unwittingly photobombing lots of photos.  Privacy outside of your room is very limited on Santorini & appears to be the norm.  Room itself is small but OK with a kitchenette.

We stayed here for 8 days in early September, in the one bedroom apartment. We were greeted by someone to help us with our luggage at the bus stop, because if you want this famous view - you have to work for it. If you stay here you do need to descend/ascend about +/-100 steps daily. Not only this, but you come past a famous tourist photo spot so you are constantly barging through tour groups and other tourists taking photos (even the occasional wedding/blogger shoot). I did not mind this too much as was only for a week, and you know you are where everyone wants to be ;) 

It is restricted access but as are most of these apartments with the Caldera view. If you have good access, you probably don't have a breathtaking view. 

There was some food waiting for us from the bakery (which we frequented often after) which was a very welcome sight after our travels. Giannis told us everything we needed to know and let us do our thing. 

The apartment is serviced daily which is great, and has a Nespresso machine (take your capsules from home/buy them in Athens; I would have had I known! They don't supply Nespresso coffee on the island) no kitchen so no cooking. Because you are essentially living in a traditional cave house which is like a rock, combined with the island's humidity; everything becomes damp. After a difficult night I asked Giannis for a dehumidifier and slept sound after that. This I believe is something which you would encounter in most apartments on the cliff. The shower was not very complete and it was very difficult to wash my hair. Again, I believe it is quite common but good to be aware of. Air conditioning keeps you pretty comfy. There is a hairdryer and a fridge also. 

The view from our apartment was just so spectacular (the reason we came) and we thoroughly enjoyed the two deck chairs and the big parasol. There is a pool bar nearby where you can get your swimming fix as there is no pool. People walk
Over your terrace to get to other apartments/ or if you're staying in one of the others you will have to walk past people. But again I did not find this a big deal. 

Overall a great stay, would recommend!

Dream Santorini for a Honeymoon

Wonderful stay, amazing view

After a recent vacation at Condutto, we had mixed feelings. The view , of course is stunning. However , the stairs are relentless and very steep in parts....actually quite dangerous if you are not fit. As well as this, there are numerous tourists blocking access to the top which becomes very annoying. 
The rooms themselves , have a mouldy, musty smell especially the bathrooms.
After a few days, this did improve when we opened doors up for more ventilation.
But what struck us most was the lack of finishing touches....the ambience could have been improved with not much effort .
Overall, an average stay but we would not return .
