perfect perfect perfect for everything! Location showed the perfect view and located at hill side of imerovgli. Right in the middle of the island and makes it accessible for FIra and Oia. 

Bus stop is literally 3-5 mins walk away from the hotel. Hotel also offers shuttle services to and from the airport for cheap quote. Amazing restaurants nearby and our suite has got the best sunset view!

two double beds although one bedroom is technically "private" as the other one is exposed within the "lounge" area. 

Very helpful staff, accommodating and polite.

Quiet village with amazing views of the island and sunsets. It does not disappoint!  We stayed for 1 week. I love how you are taken care of from when you land to when you leave. We paid for the transfer porter from airport to/from the airport and it was seamless. A separate porter takes your bags to/from the transfer shuttle!  Eva is great with anything you need (maps, and helping us order breakfast from the local bakery. We did this once and got many items.)

We had the 2 bedroom apartment with shared balcony with table and chairs. We had a loft with many beds on top but we only used the lower bedroom. Had all the comforts needed (wifi, a/c, hair dryer) and kitchenette for simple meals. Note in Greece you cannot flush toilet paper so you will find you use the trash bin with lids.

There is a grocery market steps away, and so many ATV rentals neaby. Around the corner we found our go to spot called Let's Eat, and got the portion plate of kebab, potato, tzatziki, onion, tomatos, many times! So delicious!  

We did the walk to Fira and back, note the ATM's are in Fira and Oia.

We took the bus to Oia and back once. It gets packed to the brim with people exploring off cruise ships, so the advice we got and did was go to Oia early! 
We didn't go down but I have before, to Amoudi Bay. However the walk is killer back up so I'd suggest driving via car/atv to the bay.

We also rented an ATV 2 days and drove to the south of the island and to the lighthouse and to the beaches. Vlychada was one of our favorites, quieter and free sunbeds during the week. There is a cafe with free wifi on one end too.

Sunsets from this spot are breathtaking, so much so often we'd step on our balcony and find maybe 10 plus people standing around waiting for the sunset. Many photographers also!

Note Santorini is one big staircase up and down as it lies on a cliff, so expect some good workouts. Bring comfortable shoes. It was humid and warm for us in late September/October. 

Unfortunately there are only Drop off Laundry services in Fira, no laundrymats.
One day with ATV we dropped off our clothes at AD Laundry and paid 15euros to have it washed/dryed/folded. We picked up at end of day.

Santorini Airport is small and old, so arrive early. Lines were coming outside the building and super long. I checked out which desk and line our carrier was and stood in the correct line. So many people just stand in a line they don't even know is the right one. Then Security lines went out the door too. It should be enlarged and updated. Get there with plenty of time.

Me and my wife stayed with them for our honeymoon in June 2001 and absolutely loved it. Very hospital and charming staff and the location is great.
Right on top of the cliffs over the opening scene of Tomb Raider :)

We enjoyed our stay and it was trouble free. The staff are very helpful and there is the use of a pool 2 mins walk. The view of the Caldera is second to none and the sunsets from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking. 15 min easy walk meandering through the hotels and restaurants to Fira and actually we enjoyed being a little further along as there were less people. Villa was lovely and spacious with daily housekeeping.

Perfect stay in a Stunning spot!

Stunning view and sunsets

Absolutely fantastic view of the caldera 

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights in July, 2016.  The entire facility is pretty small - I believe they only have 5 rooms available for rental.  View of the caldera was excellent, couldn't have asked for better.  Our room shared a balcony with a neighboring room, but was fine.  Our biggest issue was the bathroom - there was no shower curtain or enclosure whatsoever, you simply turn on the shower and the entire bathroom gets wet.  The hotel reception apologized for this but said the bathroom could not be upgraded to a normal shower due to their being no room behind the wall and the low ceilings.  They were helpful in booking taxis for us and recommendations on local cuisine and restaurants.  Would return is we could be guaranteed a room with a regular shower, which I believe some of the other rooms have.
