My husband and I booked the Daydream Suite for our anniversary trip. The room was very nice, clean, private, spacious and with a great view. The location was perfect! It was near restaurants, shopping and the sunset area. We had customized breakfast delivered to our private balcony. We had an indoor jacuzzi which we enjoyed a lot, since it was chilly outside.

We had an incredible stay! Stefano and Katerina provided excellent hospitality and customer service. We loved Santorini and we highly recommend Aisling Micro Hotel. Thanks, from Puerto Rico.

I stayed in the Numinous Suite, which was small, but perfect for one person, as well as for a young couple. It is right at main street level, so it's perfect access to shops, restaurants, and right on the caldera. Its little patio is secluded in that people can't see you in the small pool or when you're sitting at the outdoor table. It has two lounge chairs, from which you would be visible from the street. The room is small, but nice, and clean with a nice bathroom area. I got very spoiled by the huge, and delicious breakfast that they brought to my patio every morning. They make a delicious omelet with cheese and bacon, fresh fruit, croissants, Greek coffee, and more! All the staff were very nice and attentive, especially Katerina, the manager, who never tired of my daily questions. She was always very nice and helpful, and arranged cabs, and tours for me. I highly recommend this hotel!

This was a cool, laid back hotel in Oia with a stunning view of the Caldera. The room is huge. Having the shower near the balcony and the bathroom near the entrance is a little odd but it worked. The balcony is small but beautiful. Breakfast is fantastic. Service was great and management was incredibly nice. I would definitely stay here again, still pricey but for the area, it's a deal.

Great hotel with perfect view

Numinous Suite, October 2018

Beautiful View

The extra star on the rating is because the hotel has a great view of the sea, and has good (and free) breakfast.

However, we had 2 issues with our stay. 
1. We had an appointment in Fira we needed to get to, so I asked the front desk whether we should take a cab (25 euros)  or the bus (1.80 euro). The lady informed us that the bus would stop several times along the way, and she recommends a private cab to arrive on time. That made sense given that we need to be on time for our appointment. So she ordered the cab for us.Turned out it was a scam. We paid 25 euros for a shared (non private) bus she arranged, and the bus stopped 8 times along the way to get people on and off with their luggage. We missed our appointment because of that. On the way back to the hotel, we took the public bus for 1.80 euros, and the public bus only stopped twice along the way. Much faster that the taxi the hotel provided. The hotel refused to issue a refund. 

2. There was constant stomping and construction noises coming from above us at around midnight. 

If you're in for the view and location, it's a decent hotel, but there are many more hotels that would treat their guests better. 

Disappointing experience

We did not even stay there because the whole "hotel" was a SCAM:
● No reception, we waited in wind for 15 minutes after knocking at a door until a man picked us up.
● No passport check-in or room card. Totally unsafe.
● Blood and dirt stains on sheets.
● Heater and hot water not working. We were freezing in the room.
● On booking website they said "breakfast included" → no breakfast provided at site
● Nothing in the mini bar

Every evidence proves that this so called hotel has [stopped operating] but they are still posting on booking websites for tourists to check in. There was only a man named Mario who left a WhatsApp number for contact but he never replied my follow-up messages.
The whole experience was disgusting and deceived. 

It is no longer a question of being overcharged or dissatisfied. Hotel like this shouldn't even be available for booking.
Do reconsider if you wish to book this Aisling Micro Hotel. Just look at the pictures below. Oh and, on hotels.com it's named as Oia Collection Boutique Suites. The man claimed it was a business ownership change but it was nonsensical. If you have closed down the room then don't freaking rent it out.

This whole experience ruined our day and journey at Oia. We are strongly displeased and now requesting a refund from the hotel via website.
