Amazing staff, Maria receptionist was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Spiros and Litsa at the bar and breakfast were the best We even told the owner that we will come back again because of your staff. Never mind that that location of the hotel was very good and accessible to all part of island.

Thank you so much Denisa and Maria. What an incredible time we had celebrating our honeymoon at your location. All of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have an incredible stay, they helped us plan and organize everything and we’re SO welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to absolutely anybody, it has a great location. We rented an ATV to get around and it was wonderful! Thank you SO much again 💕

This hotel was so beautiful. The rooms were very spacious. Cleaning and restock was done everyday. The hostess recommendations were excellent from restaurant to wine tours and times of when to arrive to our destination so we don’t run into lots of people. Breakfast every morning was excellent! I would highly recommend this villa

We had a wonderful time in our stay at the Onyx. The true standout is the friendliness, kindness and attention of the staff from Maria and Denisa at the front desk to Lida at the bar. They are so attentive to your needs and made great arrangements for dinner and activities as well as arranging transportation. It was a truly enjoyable stay. The accommodations were also very spacious and clean. A 5 star all around!

Highly recommend this place. Staff is amazing and very Helpful. It’s a quieter, hotel away from all the hustle and bustle no noise. Pool is wonderful and so are the rooms. Beds are so comfortable!!! Would definitely come back!

This hotel is what hospitality is all about. From Maria at the front desk that take care of everything and perfectly. To Spiro at breakfast and Litsa by the pool. This hotel exceeds all service expectations. New and beautiful hotel. We could not have asked for more.

Staff was super friendly, very informative, and so helpful! staff helped arranged transportation to and from the airport upon arrival and for departure. Staff helped with booking for all activities during our stay. Breakfast was also very filling and delicious. Would definitely book again for all future stays in Santorini

We stayed at Onyx for 5 nights and enjoyed the whole experience.All of the staff were very friendly and helpful with a permanent smile.  Denisa and Maria were an absolute delight to communicate with and they made fabulous recommendations and booked trips / restaurants as required.Our room was clean and very comfortable with a spacious balcony.  The hot tub was a bonus and was used every day throughout the stay.The pool area was picture perfect every day and well maintained. The pool bar offered everything we needed, again with a very cheerful and helpful member of staff through to 7pm each day.The hotel was quiet and was an easy 10 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. We walked into Fira a number of times and it took about 25 – 30 minutes although the buses were easy to use into Fira and Oia.We chose Onyx and Santorini to celebrate a special birthday and it was most certainly a very special and memorable place.

A quiet and cozy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff a small step a way from Fira and Oia and the big crowds. A small pool area with a snack/breakfast bar serving a delicious breakfast with everything you need. The hotel area was very clean and shiny and it seems that cleanliness is one of their big focus. Really good beds that gave a good night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit you again!

I stayed 3 night in this beautiful Hotel and everything was perfect! Located in the middle of Santorini so form it is very easy to reach every corner of the island. Very new and cleans structure, quite and calm, all of employee were so kind and helpful, specially Maria, a big thank you to her for her service and help with transfer, bookings, recommendation of places to visit, restaurants were to eat to. She was amazing

The folks at Onyx are truly amazing.When myself and my wife  stay expired and we wanted to extend,they had no room,but they made sure we got another close by Bed and Breakfast facility to stay  the one night we needed before departure.Truly great people.Any other time I visit Santorini ,I must stay at Onyx.

Quientessence of a facility.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The room was very clean and has everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful whenever needed. The town is a little bit of a walk but not bad at all and the staff can easily arrange transportation as well which was very helpful! We loved everything about this property and would stay again!

Our stay at Onyx truly made our visit to Santorini unforgettable. The hospitality we received from the team running the property was incredible.  They were extremely friendly and helpful.  The location is not far from Fira (walkable for us) yet. Everything is truly as pictured - not photoshopped at all. The rooms were fresh, squeaky clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast provided every morning was delicious. We loved the pool and enjoyed many tasty drinks made by the bartender. If we are ever able to visit Santorini again, we would not consider staying anywhere else.  Will recommend this location to anyone we know planning a visit.
