We arrived at the hotel to be greeted by a really friendly receptionist. She took us to our room and everything was all good. After a couple of hours, our air conditioning stopped working and there was a problem with the toilet. We reported this to receptionist who was very apologetic and moved us to another room straight away. Fortunately for us it was a room upgrade so we were very happy. The staff here work tirelessly and are always polite and happy. Nothing was too much if you needed help. The food I have to say was amazing everyday. Fresh, hot, plenty of choice and a great selection on an evening. I was well Impressed with the Shin of Beef. The location is great. You come out of the hotel, turn left and within a minute, you're at the beautiful beach. The sunbeds are free but you do have to buy a couple of drinks at least from the bars to het them free. It's waiter service so was nice not to have to move much. Overall, we genuinely loved our stay and have already started to look at next year to come back here.
