One of the best places to be in Greece. Close to the sea, the owners are amazing and helpful. The Hotel is a typical Greek one: small , fancy and yet has an elevator which is great and useful. You can enjoy a nice coffee or simply a drink with your friends. 

Our family of 4 (two children aged 5 years and 1 year) stayed at Hotel Manolas for one  week. The area of Neoi Poroi is perfect for families, with the beach being shallow and clean. The hotel is ideally placed, walking distance to everything! It is very clean and the furniture is new and comfortable. The room itself was a great size, the kids had room to play. The bathroom was good too with a proper shower. We loved the breakfast and could always all find something to eat. Our son talks about how Hotel Manolas was his favourite part of our trip to Greece. We will be back!

Me and my sister we love the hotel. The hotel is located really near the beach and the service is 5 ***** Christina and Dimitrious are always very friendly, smiling and very helpful, there is nothing problem for them and they always do their best to make the guest happy. We are travelling to Nei Pori every year and I will never stay somewhere else, only here at Hotel Manolas. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are luxury, with A/C, TV and super fast wifi and always clean on 100%. This hotel is perfect for beutiful holiday

A LOCATION VERY FAMILIARY ! We spent 4 holidays here. The best hotel in Neoi Poroi. Clean and the stuff is very polite.We will go again for sure .And of course is in very good location near to the sea .The hotel has an restaurant for breakfast and brunch. Christina, the wonderful girl from Reception is very kind and wants to be helpful everytime! Dimitris, the bar man is FANTASTIC, with a smiley face everytime.WIFI was good, not any problems with it. You will enjoy every minute. Friendly staff trying to find solutions for any problem you might have,We have never had such wonderful service from a hotel. Highly recommend to those who wants to visit Nei Pori ! Thank u for all ! We will see each other again .....!!!!!!!


Great hotel with citchen. Everything is very clean. Stuff are helpful and very kind. They can give you advice, help any time. I recommend this hotel with view on Olimp and see everybody. One... Shouer could be bigger

Clean rooms, nice staff, kind owners. Good location 150m from the beach. Not a luxury hotel, but you will get what you pay for. There is a very good tavern on the opposite side of the street. Highly recommended.

Let's start from reservation process...

I found this hotel somewhere on google maps, and after that found FB and phone number so it is easy to do the reservation for which you need to pay some bank fee(not a direct online credit card or PayPal payment).

When you arrive there, the hotel doesn't offer parking for your car, but you have to find it around houses, and it is free if you manage to find it.

Since i was with my employees on a weekend i wanted to book with breakfast and that cost 5 euro per person(even for my 7-year-old son), and i was reading some reviews before i book that breakfast is excellent, totally disagree with that. We were 6 adults + 3 kids and i can say that there was not enough food for all of us, not to speak for other guests. Offered food was with low quality, i guess we had the cheapest products on our table. For 15 Euros that i paid in my case(two adults + 1 kid), you can have the best breakfast in Nei Pori on some other place.

My recommendation do not book with breakfast in this hotel!!!

The rooms that we got were clean, on the balcony we had a table and two chairs. Beds are very very hard, plus they are not enough wide. I was sleeping on the single bed and i had a feeling that i will fell off my bed while sleeping :)

In the bathroom, there is no shower curtain so when you have a shower all bathroom is wet, and after that, you bring that water into the room. I really hate that.

You have safe, fridge and stove in the room in case if you want to prepare some food.

WIFI was good, not any problems with it.

I also read some reviews that staff is extremely friendly, we dont feel that, and not just me but other people that were with me. And all that was clear when i see the hotel receipt few days ago. They got my passport with all address details, and when i saw that receipt i see Bitola, Skopje. 

it is not important if my country Macedonia have some political issues with your country Greece, im guest that paying for your rooms and you should respect that, and by the way im from Resen, Macedonia. I had never had this experience before with other greek hotels and i can say that im going there at least 3 times per year.

I also work with people from the whole world, and i do my work for them with respect. This is just not acceptable!!! i would never recommend this hotel to anyone that i know.

Regarding Nei Pori, this place was very good, i can say that it is better than i expected and for sure i will visit again.

Again this is my opinion, someone else maybe will have better experience than me
