Kostas and his wife were very friendly and polite. The accomodation was cleaned every day, and changed 3 times the towels. If we needed something (for example wine opener) they gave immediately. Their shop was really cheap and full with suovenirs in good prices.

A perfect week,even though the weather was a bit iffy.Thats because I had the best deal in town.The kitchenette was fully equipped,including an amazing little oven,and with a really good with food co-op supermarket across the road you can holiday on a shoestring,if that's what you need.The rooms are small but very well fitted out,and the balcony a delight.whats more,having walked most of the roads and tracks of the villages,I felt I was in the best place to enjoy Moraitka.
Be sure to take the short walk up into the old village, a  nice drink awaits at the Bella Vista taverna

Basic budget accommodation that surpasses all expectations. Everything you need including free  A/C and WiFi. Any problems Kostas sorts it immediately and always has suggestions as to where to go and what to see. He goes out if his way to make everything perfect. 
A suggestion to make it perfect is more cumfortable seats on the balcony and loungers in the garden. 
The accommodation is close to the beach, ships, restaurants and bus. It does not have a pool but no-one uses the hotel pool here as the beach and sea are so good. 
Visit Kostas and theodora studios and have a good holiday. 

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and found nothing negative on it. It is in the main road to Kerkyra, the nearest beach is only 4 minutes away by walk. They clean the room everyday and change the towels and sheets 3 times a week. The location is almost in the centre of the the main road of the island. You can buy at the supermarket in front of the hotel Coop supermarket, the prices are the cheapest in that zone.  You can eat in Village Taverna or Tassos Taverna, or at Enjoy Fast Food near the hotel. I totally recommend this hotel. The owners were very good people.

Perfect location: a 7-8 mins walk down(which is pleasant) to the beach (I found it so relaxing and quiet) and the studios are located   at the beginning of the Main road
Studios are cosy and cleaned every single day. They may not be huge but there is everything you need!
I suggest( if available) the seaview studios! 
Wifi and carpark are free so "Perfect " is the word to describe  our stay.
I also  recommend their  souvenir  shop which has the best prices in moraitika
