We had a great stay at Milton Hotel. The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the beach. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was a little dated but this was totally compensated by the very nice view we had from the balcony !

located in a nice area , sea view , an old building but well supporting, clean and with fair low value charge.

We were in a tour in mani and looking for a valuable price place to stay for one night, we founded it through booking and due to reviews we decide to make a reservation.

For summer that you need a clean place to recover is guaranteed

We have stayed at this little hotel in Mavrovouni multiple times and wouldn’t change it for anything. The hostess, Mrs Petra, immediately makes even the most difficult guest feel at home with her warm, polite and friendly manner. The view from the very nice and comfortable rooms is absolutely flabbergasting as it covers Gytheio and Laconicos Gulf in their totality. Beautiful breakfast that one can enjoy on the balcony in warm weather. Quiet and with ample parking options. Fully recommended - not to miss if you travel in the area.

Comfortable and lovely hotel. Super hostess Petra were super friendly and super helpful. The location of a hotel was convenient for me - half-hour walk distance both to Gythio town and Mavrovouni beach, 5 minute walk to bus stop from where I went to Areopoli, Sparta and Athens.

We stayed here for 6 days and missing it now.  A great host Petra, a  great hotel with terrific views! We travel a lot around the world but have never met such a  host as Petra.
She is very friendly, polite and responsive.
Our room was on the 2rd floor with a huge balcony. White goods were very clean, Housekeeping is provided every day. We ordered breakfast. It is good enough not to be hungry. It is a quiet place in a small village not far from Gytheio.
The nearest beach is about 5 min by car.We rented a car in Athens and didn't have any problems to go around.
There are some restaurants near the hotel and a small mini market working from morning till late night.
To sum up: highly recommended

The hotel is a bit old fashioned but comfort and cleaniness are perfect. Large balcony with wonderful view over the bay and surrounding mountains. The Head of the hotel is a really nice person, enthousiastic about Mani and with humour. She explains what one should visit in the area and we have really appreciated her recommendations. A really good address at very good Price.

We enjoyed the hotel during winter time (we could also swimm in Mavrovouni at Christmas).
Well kept hotel, close to Gythio and to Mavrovouni beach, splendid sea view, price very reasonable, a very nice place to stay in Peloponese
