We had a great stay in Magnisia, the elder couple who is running facility is just fantastic! If I ever come to this area again, I know where to stay. Listen their recommendations, you will not regret, enjoy their breakfast(homemade) you will love it. Highly recommended!

For me and my family too, this place it's like my second home because landscapes and views of the bay are unforgettable. the owners of the house are now close friends. I recommend this dream location.

I have stayed at this inn several times over the last few years and am looking forward to spend another weekend there this fall. The building has been in the family for generations and they obviously take great pride in providing warm hospitality. The rooms are cozy and
are furnished preserving original details. There is an upstairs  sitting room which is shared among the guests and has a fireplace -wood provided- for cooler days. The views from the windows are  breathtaking! 
The room rate includes a  huge freshly made breakfast .
Makrinitsa is a pedestrian only historic village. You need to leave the car outside of the entrance.  Repana is only a few steps from  there on the right.

Very nice old fashioned house. Was remodeled with a lot of attention to details. Once can see the owners put their heart into it. The location is very clean, and facilities are well maintained. The location is reasonably close to the main parking lot of the village ( you can not drive your car into the village ). It is the second  guest house from the parking lot. It is also very close to the main square.  Excellent home made breakfast, with a lot of attention to the appearance of breakfast.

The only thing I would suggest ( and I have seen this issue in other guest houses in Pelion ) is to  be able to hang the shower head, rather than just hold it in your hands.

Great accommodation, in a traditional old family house. Rooms are renovated just enough for everyone to feel comfortable, while keeping the place's style. In this respect, the rooms are not spacious (at least #3 isn't) and don't expect a lift in there - there are not many places you can get to in Pilio without climbing some stairs anyway. Breakfast was wonderful - all handmade and delicious. The hostess and the staff in general were helpful to the max. 

Stelio’s & Demi own & manage this very nice small family hotel.  Demi’s cooked breakfast was terrific each morning after 9:00.  We started off on the top floor in one of three rooms.  It had a double bed against one wall.  The room & bed setup wasn’t for us so Stelios was happy to move us to the room with the fireplace.  No view or balcony but the bed was king size in a generous room.  The whole place ozzed old world charm. Despite what other reviewers say we didn’t find the hotel easily as the sign doesn’t say the hotel name.  See photo of what to look for.  The main downside was the hard bed which we struggled with for 2 nights.  At least we weren’t in the first room which would not have been bearable.  Our hosts were delightful & helpful.  The common room lounge area on the top level next to our room was also a useful feature.
