222 reviewsThis was an amazing holiday for us with Marina, the wonderful host, at centre stage. From the moment we met her, and this was a late night awakening as our flight was late due to plane fault, she radiated kindness and joy. She settled us in and promised coffee and pastries at 9 am the next morning. It was so appreciated and kind. Marina helped us to source a moped and also gave us some fish from her freezer that her husband had cought a fortnight before. This lady is an absolute gem and will make your holiday special. The room was clean and light and felt like a "happy place". Marina took pride in keeping it clean and everything worked well. We enjoyed exploring by moped and relaxing in the peaceful setting. It was a thrill to wake up to the view of Lourdata bay and to watch the sunset from the balcony. We explored little hidden beaches like Kanali and enjoyed exploring the capital Argostoli. There is a fiendly Christian atmosphere on the island of Kefalonia. We truly felt at home at Eagles' Nest Studios and just wished we had stayed for 2 weeks! Thank you lovely Marina.
