Super hotel with a very affordable price.   The location is great.  Rooms are clean and neat.  What made our stay especially nice was Gabriella, the manager.  She went out of her way to be helpful.  Even did your laundry at no charge. 

We stayed 5 people for nearly a week in Aegean View Seaside. The host welcomed us and were very accommodating to our needs. We needed an extra bed the last two nights and that was no problem. We had to leave one day before our reserved stay and he adjusted the booking without any questions.

The rooms were cleaned and blankets and towels changed regularly.

We had breakfast on the lovely terrace with the great view of the port and the bay. In the afternoon and evening we enjoyed the view and the soothing breeze. 

We will stay here again when we return to Kea!

Great place to stay, deeply relaxing despite the occasional rumble of arriving ferries. Tasteful, thoughtfully decorated rooms with nice bathrooms and balconies, as well as a large communal terrace overlooking the harbour and bay. Convenient location, helpful management and excellent value.

Lovely rooms with harbour views

The hostess Mrs. Gabby was very friendly. The location is very good close to the port with everything you need around. The room is too cold and the air conditioning is not helping. Towels smell of cigarettes and full of cat hair. Average clean

Average accommodation - good location

The owner of the rooms is really unprofessional and terrible host. We had booked with them and had agreed for a prepayment. Then they disappeared and they never gave us their accounts to place the prepayment. After 4 days of continuous calls they answered the phone just to tell us they gave it away. They scammed us to probably give the rooms out at a higher price. AVOID THEM or you may also become victims of their fraud.

Terrible / Unprofessional/Avoid for Sure

The Aegean Apartments must easily rate as the best neglected location in Korrissa. The facility with several rooms two with balconies overlooking a busy harbour is a superb location but here the positive superlatives end. Little or no money has been spent on maintenance and the place is in a very poor condition with the owner clearly intent on milking the rental returning nothing to care for the asset. The run down condition even at the start of the busy season is compounded by the daily help who also appears to share the owners view that the facility warrants a slap dash approach. Cleaning material including a mop and bucket of dirty water is daily on prominent display on the entrance patio plus other detritus that is never tidied up such as a half empty bottle of water that rolled around on the floor for over a week during our stay. These are but some of the examples of poor housekeeping but the real serious problem was the poo tissue paper collected from room toilets left lying in open plastic packets also on the patio for days on end and receiving attention from visiting cats adding to the problem. I could go on with more examples of poor maintenance and housekeeping but are sure that readers will by now have got the message. AVOID the Aegean Seaview Apartments.
