The place îs magic. It makes you feel that you live in a fairy tale or a dream wishing to last forever. All the good things were mentioned în the previous reviews, but i must mention the beautiful Koklas family that makes it all posible. Thank you again and again, Teresa and Antonio!

We have just stayed at Koklas Studios and what an absolutely beautiful place it was. This is the place for you if you love everything about nature and beauty. The views were gorgeous and Teresa and Antonis were incredibly welcoming. We travelled as a group of four ladies and enjoyed the Koklas Olive Oil, olives and delicious tomatoes with our meals, all complimentary. We hired a car for three days and explored the island, driving to the North for a boat trip and exploring beaches and mountains. We took a water taxi to Turtle Island and snorkelled and swam everyday.
Teresa and Antonis have provided an exceptional place to stay we would highly recommend Koklas Stusios as a perfect base to explore Zante.

My friend and I waited two years due to COVID and we just knew it would be worth the wait.  Wonderful host, clean, simple rooms with everything you need and a beautiful view.  We loved the place, the location, the simplicity. Such an easy, relaxing stay.  Short walk down to the beautiful beach, fantastic shallow warm water. Our highlight was the free pedalo and this made our holiday.  We had a few adventures and both had solo moments with a turtle as a result.  A truly magical holiday.

Best place to stay in Zakynthos. The owners are welcoming and they helped us with everything we needed. The place was clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful and relaxing. They also have a pedaling boat that you can take any time you want for free so you can enjoy the sea turtles. Everything was perfect about this place. We loved it!

Our family arrive at Koklas Studio is highly impress with the unique location and the many artistic lounge over looking the sea and the beach! Behold the beach is a 5 minutes walk down the steps ! The host Teresa greet us happily with a broad smile. She show us a around and explain in detail. She is generous to offer all guests free wine free vinegar vegetable from her garden (onion n potato too) the room is clean and decoration is tasty n Eco friendly ! Teresa is so kind that she help us to use her washer laundry our 1 week dirty clothing ! We really feel bless that we have chose this place n has an unique experience! Thank you Teresa and Anthony ! We have a very lovely sunrise view!

This place is out of this world.. Run by an amazing hardworking couple has a personal touch and soo much more to offer. You are treated to their own herb and veg garden, freshly picked whatever is in season.. on the house... Grapes you can eat as much as you can manage that grow over your head are the same grapes Teresa makes wine for you to enjoy.. on the house.. as much as you want..Did I mentioned the best, freshest olive oil  from their olive grove..as muchas you can manage? On the house? And you may go to see how it is made in the olive oil factory nearby.. along with other local produce.. Teresa treated us to so much she could I wont even mentioned as I don't want everyone to expect it, but if she has a minute she will go an extra mile and treat you even more to her goodies. Nothing is too much trouble. 
All I can say, we loved it and all I hope for is if you want to give back, don't make Teresa clean your room every day, and you can surely hold on to your sheets as long as you do at home.. to give her a breath a moment to enjoy too. Please don't go if you are after a noisy, drunken holiday.. this is not a place and you 'll spoil it for everyone. This is small and secluded place that I would expect mindful and sensible people to go to. Head for clubbing  style hol elsewhere and only come if you are a sensible person of gratitude. 

Great location, just close enough to Laganas but away from all the noise n crowd it’s quite  but close enough to a bit of action if you want it. Close to  turtle island cameos island 
Most important the Host Family is so helpful and friendly especially TERESA what wonderful lady  will arrange any kind of tour and activities if want to book .Really enjoyed our stay at KOKLAS STUDIO and lastly cant forget to mention fun with family puddle boat.

We absolutely loved it here.  If you want luxury then perhaps this is not the place for you.  However, if you want a relaxed, friendly, back to nature holiday with views to die for then this IS for you.  Teresa and Antonio were the most generous and kind hosts.  The garden was full of places to sit or lie in sun or shade and we enjoyed taking breakfast on the terrace overlooking the laganas bay and the port.  We had use of the private pedalo and free use of sunbeds on the beach.  We had a lovely welcome package including their own olive oil and home made olive oil soap.  Every day there was fresh produce from the garden for the taking and olive oil, wine and vinegar.  All these little extras contributed to making the holiday extra special.  The week went too fast but the memories will last forever.  Thank you Teresa and Antonio.

From the initial greeting you are welcomed with open arms-a tour around the complex is a sight to see ! You are offered the vegetables,eggs,homemade oil,eggs aswell as the wine "very good"!

The beach is a 2 minute walk with the offering of free pedal boat,canoe and any information needed.

It is far enough from the main area so sleep is guaranteed ,however it is also only 15 minutes max to walk to main area via seafront!

It's only bee our first day but would defiantly come back -PS turtles are here to be seen -AMAZING 👍

Reviewing a holiday destination can be a double-edged sword. To find an establishment that is special for its intimacy, quirkiness and separation from the run-of-the-mill type destinations – and then tell everyone how great it is on trip advisor – is to risk destroying the very thing that makes it special for you. Yet not to give the hosts of Koklas Studios Zakynthos, Teresa and Antonio, a glowing tribute for their extraordinary hospitality and endless patience and cheerfulness would be doing them a grave injustice.
As we would like to go back there again & again, and for a studio to be available, I am therefore going to attempt to dissuade you. If you don’t like a small complex of only 7 studios set amongst olive trees and a rampant grape-vine (pluck the sweet grapes and eat them in September)….don’t go. If you wouldn’t like sweeping views of the sparkling blue bay of Laganas…don’t go. If an unlimited supply of free (home-made) olive-oil, olives and wine, available in barrels in a shady corner would annoy you, don’t go. In which case you wouldn’t like to help yourself from the basket of fresh seasonal vegetables from the garden either! 
Plump, ripe tomatoes; crisp pink onions; fresh almonds, grapes, courgettes, sweet peppers, garlic – all have made their appearance from time to time, and have just as quickly been whisked upstairs to our reasonably well equipped kitchenette to make another appearance at dinner on the balcony. I have to confess that the occasional ear of corn was snitched with which to treat Gina, the fat & patient piebald mare tied up amongst the olive trees. She will especially snort joyful greetings if you take her an apple. Gina would get an apple a day from us as passed her, wending through the olive groves down to the limpid waters of the bay. And whilst the shore isn’t dazzling white sand, it IS sand, so no shoes required.  If you aren’t in the mood for the beach & the chilled music (or Mythos served in chilled glasses) of the Oasis Beach Bar, take root with your book in one of the many comfortable chairs, or the hammock , on the wide vine-shaded deck of the studios. Or you could simply watch the activity in the small harbor down below.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have been lovingly decorated by Teresa in her own individual and artistic style. The balconies - or verandas on the downstairs rooms - are also roomy and are comfortably furnished with decent chairs and a table. The beds and furniture are pretty standard pine, found throughout Greece. Pots & pans are good quality, my only gripe being no toaster – but there IS a waffle-maker!
Although there is no pool at Koklas Studios the sea is a 3-minute walk away (longer coming back ‘cos its uphill!) and the Oasis Beach Bar has a huge, exquisitely sited and sparklingly clean pool available for patrons to use. It is also massively underutilized and I have often been totally alone swimming in it. Which of course is no fun at all……
But over and above all of this is the family Koklas who live in the house adjoining the studios. You will be welcomed as though you are one of the family and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are kept spotless by Teresa and should you need help with anything – advice, directions, calling a taxi or simply feel like a chat, she will have all the time in the world for you. There is an old saying – arrive as a stranger, leave as a friend – and nothing could be closer to the truth here. If you don’t believe me, have a look at their Facebook page. Actually – don’t. You wouldn’t like it there.
