My husband and I have just returned home after spending 9 nights in these wonderful appartments. We absolutely loved it. Immaculately clean rooms and lovely comfortable beds. Adequate cooking facilities for breakfast or a snack. Lovely pool bar serving delicious food and drinks all at very reasonable prices. Lutfi and his family work extremely hard and can't do enough for you. Akis is situated just outside the main strip of restaurants,  bars and beach and is only a ten minute walk away. There's a supermarket two minutes away where you can get anything you need. We would highly recommend these lovely little apartments. We loved it that much we've booked to return next year.

This was our 1st visit and it was absolutely lovely, Lutfi and his family our amazing, their hospitality is amazing, this place just wouldn’t be amazing without this family running the bar etc, the food was lovely to, as long as Lutfi and his family are still there we will definitely be returning, the McAllister’s

Great place to stay, rooms are nice with great bathrooms and showers. Had a few minor issues whilst there (like needing a new kettle) but were quickly dealt with so no problem. Pool area is excellent with really comfy sunbeds and usually plenty of them available. Lutfi and family run the bar, restaurant and pool area and do a fantastic job. Food is great quality especially the full English breakfast. He is really welcoming and friendly and makes the place what it is. Location is great with some fantastic views of the mountains and a short walk to the beautiful beach. Plenty of restaurants in Alykes and not too far to walk in to Alykanas if you want to.

We had a lovely stay here. Rooms spotless and cleaned every day. Towels and bedding changed regularly. Pool area very clean. Good range of food and drinks at bar, all reasonably priced. We had no trouble getting sunbeds later in the morning. The first couple of days there were a large group who put towels on sunbeds around 5am (and not used much) but once they had gone home wasn’t a problem at all. We were a large group and didn’t feel need to ‘reserve’ sunbeds at all. Plenty for everyone. Very relaxing and chilled vibe around pool and hotel. Lutfi and his family are lovely. They work very hard and are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartments were very clean.  The public areas extremely tidy areas.  The swimming pool and sun beds were outstanding.  The food was excellent value for money and extremely tasty all home cooked.  The bar was very well stocked with everything you could think of, the bar staff were very friendly. We will be going back soon.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay, lefty and family were so lovely, the rooms are fab , bathrooms best ever in Greece, booked for next year. Sun beds extremely comfortable, the people we met we just had the best time. Thanks everyone at the akis.

What a lovely place to relax. The studios are in a quiet part of Alykes but only an easy 10 minute stroll to the lovely sandy beach and main tavernas etc with a fantastic mini Market only a few minutes walk. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well maintained with a great bathroom by usual greek accomodation standards. Leftheri and family who run the bar/reception and food area are lovely, a credit to akis studios. Would be stay again? If we were going to Alykes, Akis would be our first choice.

From the moment we arrived at Akis Studios, we were made to feel very welcome from Leftie and his lovely family, who manage the pool bar and reception area. Various breakfasts, snacks, and drinks served in their hospitable bar. The healthy breakfast was my favourite - Greek yogurt, muesli, fruit…drizzled with honey. It was amazing 👌🏻
Sun beds were always available around the large pool, the luxurious cushioning on them a real bonus.
The apts are modern, especially the bathrooms, which have very good showers with screens, a luxury compared to some we have visited in Greece. Hairdryer also in bathroom.
Two ring table top electric hob, also a kettle and toaster provided.
Cleaners in every day keeping the place spotless, beds and towels changed regularly.  
A supermarket 2 mins away, and another 10 min leisurely walk will take you to the many busy bars and restaurants, and also to Alykes beach.
We loved our holiday at Akis Apts, so much so we have already booked for next year 🇬🇷🥂

What a fantastic week we've had at The Akis!
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and valued.
Can't praise Lefti enough,he works his socks off and has always got a friendly smile and greeting.
After reading a couple of indifferent reviews about this place I'm scratching my head.
Either the guests were expecting Dubai or just generally moaners🤔
Trust me The Akis is a fabulous place to stay, apts are good for Greece and the view's are stunning.
Hospitality first class and all of the guests were friendly and informative.
Can't wait to come back!

We stayed here in 2016 when the current owner took over. Lots of improvements have been made since then, especially the bathrooms which are of an excellent standard. The rooms were cleaned everyday, the ladies doing the cleaning worked really hard all the time and everywhere was lovely and clean. All of the staff were really friendly, the food was lovely, the pool was great the children loved it, there were very comfy sunbeds all around it, plenty for everyone. This was our 3rd stay in Alykes and we would defiantly stay again.

Lovely Stay

Stayed for 11 nights B&B so much choice off the menu for breakfast it was hard to choose, the rooms overlooked pool had a ground floor was just perfect. Room was clean and fresh looking and the bathroom was amazing for Greece,The room was cleaned daily staff very friendly.  Pool area very quiet and peaceful the pool is a great size so never felt overcrowded. The lovely dog my daughter played with and everyone loved at the hotel. Location a nice flat 10 min walk to beach,shops,restaurants. Would  highly recommend this hotel
