This hotel is the best looking hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in! The grounds are very tidy and well maintained as are the rooms. The WiFi is okay works in the room and bar but didn’t work by the buffet area. The sports facilities are great very well kept. The staff are lovely and very helpful. However there was no explanation on what people on all inclusive can get from the menus and how it all works as your order is taken from your room number which I had not experienced before. Nothing to do with the hotel but my company on the holiday was also pretty great. The pool is saltwater which I dislike. The spa was a bit untidy with the floors being soaked which I understand will happen but the drainage there seemed poor. The beds in the spa had stupid pillow which rolled off every time you put your head on. Then they got wet because of the soaking wet floor. However the spa treatment me and my girlfriend had was very relaxing and the staff there were very polite. Would definitely stay here again.
