Didn’t stay here but used pool bar facilities. Staff amazing, food excellent and atmosphere perfect. Everywhere clean and well serviced. Would definitely consider using accommodation in the future. Studios close to beach, supermarket and bus stop for Kos town.

This place is awesome! The rooms are super clean and comfy, with nice modern bathrooms and showers. The pool area and bar are spotless, and the staff works really hard to keep everything clean. It's like they have OCD or something! It's a family-run business, and the family is so friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like you're part of the family. We're definitely coming back here. The vibe is really chill, and they use the space perfectly. Some other places cram too much furniture or sunbeds in and ruin the atmosphere, but not here. The beds are spaced out perfectly, and there are always enough available. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and made to order. If you're looking for a place to stay in Tigaki, this is the place. You won't regret it.

This really is a little treasure me and my family go away regularly my partner is cabin crew we normally go all inclusive however we will definitely book again here it's a small family run hotel very clean and nice venue in an amazing location my daughter actually cried when we left I definitely recommend here and will without question return.

Never stayed here, however because our hotel was so awful, we spent a majority of our time here 
Staff were so welcoming, the food was fantastic, drinks were lovely and cold and cocktails were fantastic. 
We used the clean pool every time we visited. 
We went back in the evening to watch football once and my husband also watch grand Prix there.  
Everyone was so friendly especially Rebbi, hope I have spelt this right. 
If we ever visit Kos again, we will definitely stay here. 

We stayed here for one night and wish we had longer. Lovely small hotel staff so friendly and accommodating. We arrived late at night to a lovely welcome had a drink in the bar area before heading out. Room was spacious and clean as was the pool area and bar. It's on the Tigaki main street so plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Beach a 10 min walk away. Would highly recommend and we will be back with or without our 4 kids! Thank you for a lovely stay. 

We dropped by here for a drink which was near our all inclusive hotel and we were pleasantly surprised what this place had to offer. We enjoyed the cocktails and drinks alot more than the other bars and our all inclusive hotel. Cocktails were made with decent spirits and made properly. Beers were also decent pints which we found hard to come by. Many thanks as the service was great too!

Stayed at the Socrates Studios in May 2023 for a week with friends.  Warmly welcomed by Vasilis aka Billy despite it being after midnight when we arrived.  Thd apartment was modern and spotlessly clean and remained that way throughout the stay as the lady who cleaned our room was an absolute star.  The pool and pool area were immaculate.  The whole family went out of their way to make sure we had a fabulous week.  The apartments are at the top of the main street, close enough to be central but not at all noisy and just a few minutes walk to beach.  If I had to complain about anything it was the everything about the Socrates Studios, the family and Tigaki made it very very difficult to come home.


Stayed here in May 2023.And would highly recommend for anyone looking for a central base to explore.The small but friendly complex is spotlessly clean.The owners so friendly and helpful.Definitely would consider returning.

We stayed here in May a group of 4 friends, the studio’s are absolutely lovely with everything you need, the family and staff are great so friendly and happy to help you with anything you might need to know about the local restaurants and bars, the pool and gardens are really well kept, the beach is about a 10 min saunter away with a great selection of beach bars and sunbeds if you fancy a change of scene from the pool, we stayed for a week which we thought was no way long enough could of still been there now . I’m pretty sure we all agree that this is the first of many trips to Socrates for us

We spent 3 great nights in the Socrates Studio. Family run accommodation in a lovely setting.  Pool with sun loungers and bean bags all around, small pool bar on site. Lovely garden with tables and chairs.  Snacks/pizzas available at bar.  Lovely room looking out to pool.  Very clean and comfortable.  Christina, Socrates, Vasilly and Effie are so kind and friendly, we really enjoyed out stay.  Parking space provided, always important.
Excellent advice on what to see and where to ear nearby.  Very close to beach and salt lake.  Go there for a most enjoyable stay.

We actually stayed next door at the Angela apartments but used Socrates as our pool and bar. Incredibly friendly staff, pool is great, good bar selection. We're there right at this moment, there's a big family BBQ going on and the owner has come over and give us a plate of really tasty mezes. I'd seriously consider staying here if we come back to Tigaki.

As many other reviews say on here. We wished we found this place earlier. 

We were staying at Kaloudis hotel over the road. Omg what a dia hotel. So much so we only slept there, and luckily on our third day found Socrates.

We were welcomed in with open arms from Billy. Who expects nothing more than a drink to be purchased. However you are made to feel so welcome by Billy and his daughter, &  Effe behind the bar  that there is no way you only have one drink. 

The place is beautiful. A garden, fab pool, music, pool table and roof terrace. Lots of chat and laughter. Amazing food and just a lovely place to be. 

We will return to Tigaki and this is where we will stay.
