Vardes

Lovely family run hotel. We spent a week at the Vardes in a large studio apartment. The rooms were very clean, they have strong wi-fi ,television and air conditioner. The family were very kind, helpful and informative of the local beaches in the area. There were no traffic noises at all. It is in walking distance (about 10 minutes) to a sand beach and a pebble beach. The highlight is that Wonderful rotating breakfast that Maria and Minas prepare each morning. Their home-made cheese and honey are very delicious, as is the rest of the various dishes excellent local fresh yogurt for breakfast and eggs cooked in different ways. The family were very kind, helpful of the local beaches and restaurants in the area. At our departure we were given some oregano and sea salt as a gift. Thank you very much!
