My husband and I had a wonderful few days in Irene's house in Olympus on the island of Karpathos. The home is a traditional Greek house with modern conveniences. It is centrally located in the village. The residents of Olympus are extremely friendly and generous and we enjoyed spending time with them and learning about the village and area. Irene was extremely obliging and helpful and met us on arrival and departure from the house. There are great beaches nearby, as well as lots of hiking routes. The area is extremely scenic. We hope to visit again one day and certainly will stay at Irene's again. We highly recommend it for a few days of R & R!
