Our biggest recommendation for this cozy family-run hotel. We had 14 amazing days of great food and great drinks. The owners and staff are fantastically nice and will do everything to ensure you have a good stay. We will be back next year...

Visiting Nisia Apartments in Karpathos was an amazing experience:
-close to Pigadia town (can be approached on foot)
-10/10 room condition (clean room and towel renewal)
-10/10 pool bar experience (delicious food, pool enjoyment)
-amazing service, hotel’s staff very helpful
-no disturbance, all residents are quiet
-professional gym equipment

An amazing experience!! Including delicious food choices,best cocktails, incredible servis both in the pool area and the appartments, extremely clean and cozy atmosphere and also an outstanding view of the sea and the port of Phgadia that we enjoyed from the balconies of the rooms and the pool bar restaurant!!! Great choice !! Thank you a lot! We will certainly be back soon!!

As the title says this place offers a beautiful view of the sea and the town of pigadia, great service and friendly staff .As for the food i had a buttermilk fried chicken burger which was amazing ,the chicken was crispy,the buns were soft and all around it was a perfectly balanced burger .I also had an avocado on toast that was stunning from the crispiness of the bread to the runny yolks of the potched eggs. Overall i had a great experience and i would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay near the beach and the town with a beautiful atmosphere great cocktails and stunning food

We stayed for 3 weeks. This place is truly unique and our family had a blast. The location is excellent as you are able to reach the city centre by foot in 5 min but also go to the beach with a 1 min walk. The staff is amazing, extremely helpful and friendly and the owners are kind and really care about their customers. The food is by far the best in the island and we visited several places that friends recommended. The pool area is very relaxing and offers comfortable dining areas as well as a great lounge areas and coffee area and a great bar that is open till late at night. The value for money is superb and

My husband and I have traveled to many places around Greece and wanted to explore something new. This was our first time to Karpathos. We loved the close proximity of everything...beach, mountains, town center, pool and of course the fabulous pool bar and restaurant. Great food and drinks not to mention excellent service!  We can't wait to go back! 

I have join some friends over there and the swimming pool bar is very nice. They have a really nice menu with great cocktails and food. Unfortunately I wasn't so happy about their Halloumi Cheese. But I will advice this place ! 

I came across Nisia hotel by chance. I didn't make a reservation for the first night in Karpathos, and I was connected to Steve (Stamatis), the owner, when I landed.
Although the room we got belonged to the non-renovated part of the hotel, it was big, clean and basically looked great - I couldn't tell it's not renovated. The room had a kitchen and a fridge, a shower and there was an elevator. The best part was the balcony – absolutely amazing and breathtaking view. 
The place felt very authentic with the Island vibe.
Steve, the owner, also owns the bar across the street "Island Bar", which is also a great pool bar and a place we spent most of our nights on the island. 
The only minus was that there was no hot water. We were told it's due to a specific problem that was fixed later on, but then we already moved to the place we had made the reservation in advanced.
If I go back to Karpathos, I would definitely go back there.

Great swimming pool bar

Booked a one week stay with Arke to Ta Nisia on Karpathos. I can't understand why Dutch Travelagents always succeed in booking the worst rooms for the highest prizes. Our room was not renovated as the others on the second and third floor. The room was clean though with a very small shower with a sticky curtain and just enough kitchen for a breakfast. Use of the airconditioning costed 8 Euros per day extra! Pity pity pity.
The location is perfect near the best part of the beach (just a few stones) and near the cosy center of Pigadia. Nice poolbar on the other site of the road with the wifi. Recommendable after further renovation.
