We arrived with friends 28th August, it was quite late, we were shown to a ground floor, we were disappointed, my husband asked staff if we could have a different room, we were told to ask next morning. So next day we asked again, then we went for breakfast, soon after we had a knock at the door and we were whisked swiftly and efficiently to room 318 which was the room we had on our first visit, we were delighted. Love this hotel, see you in June 2026.
