Villa Sand Dune

We stayed in the premises in July 2018 and July 2019. We liked the location and apartment equipment as well as the hospitality offered by the landlord. we enjoyed our stay there. Counting the pros and the virtues of the premises the following are valid (in random order) - Premises are very clean (fresh new towels, bedroom sheets and linen three times a week) - Landlord and his family are very polite and ready to fulfill all our reasonable requests. Just lovely people - Location is very nice (Tsaki is close to Benitses and halfway from Marathias - great beach - and Corfu Town) - View from apartment is just great - The apartment is equipped with all the necessary household devices - including great air conditioning and a lovely vintage roof fan -Bogart in Casablanca?) (fridge - brand new and efficient) - independent water boiler for a shower, - coffee and tea maker, - cooking facilities (no oven though) - electrical iron for the clothes, - all the staff needed for breakfast and meal preparation, [first day breakfast compliments of the landlord including honey, jam, butter, rasks, biscuits, tea, tea coffee, cold water, a couple of beers, local juices in the fridge] - nice table and chairs in the balcony just great to have breakfast or meal with sea and garden view - anti mosquito device [yes there are some in the area due to the garden] - Excellent wifi - parking place very close to the premises inside the nice garden well some cons exist - you must hire a car to enjoy your stay there (yes you can use the urban buses to get there and a bus station is very close to the premises but there still is a walk of half a mile up the hill) - the road to the entrance of the premises is kind of narrow, stil this is the area like and is worth it! Bottom line I recommend Spiros apartments as a good value for money solution for stay in Benitses. Dear Stefanos and Melita keep up the good job
