The hotel is very nice and well located for many things; pre cruise, ferry day trips, shopping and food all within walking distance. Breakfast was plentiful. The afternoon man at reception was rude and I felt like any questions asked were an extreme bother to him. This is your job dude, it is a shame such a lovely hotel stay was tainted by one employee. There other issue was at breakfast where I was all but kicked out. There was a group staying at the hotel and the took over the entire breakfast area from 630 until 9, I believe but don't remember exact times. I wasn't even allowed to grab a cup of coffee as that was really all I wanted at 630am. I suggest instead of kicking your other paying guests out for breakfast, you stagger the breakfast limit on groups so they don't take over the entire restaurant at one time leaving your other guests with no other options except to wait.
