I would go back there in a heartbeat. 
Everything was perfect. Mr.Stavros was AMAZING. We had everything we needed and everything were close by-even by foot. Beaches were nearby, La Grotta (which is quite famous) its 2mins walking distance and the supermarket as well. We had a private parking which is really convenient.

Rooms are very cleaned, Stravos, the owner has been always nice and supportive since the beginning. He helped us with the arrival, he provided us a great home made wine, vegetables, and figues. Always available to help never intrusive. The view speaks for itself. There is a nice balcony with table and a drying rack. Air conditioning, tv, hair drier, oven, fridge and cooking set. Free WIFI. There's everything. Great Stay!

We just returned from a great weeks holiday at sea view. 
It is great value for money. We had a two bedroom apartment for ourselves and our two late teens early twenties sons to get away together for a short break and it was perfect. 30 mins from Corfu town. Lovely pool next door - nipped our in the mornings for a dip before breakfast - so easier to access than a lot of hotel pools. The apartment was really well equipped - nothing luxurious but spacious. Parking close by and a good sized out door balcony space with table and chairs for eating/ drinking. The apartment was serviced to a very high standard and Stavros the owner and host is very hospitable - inviting all his guests to a bbq mid stay ! 
You are treated to a bottle if his homemade wine in the fridge on arrival.
Beds a bit uncomfortable - if you like a softer mattress.
All well maintained and very clean. Just out of the more touristy bit of the resort but recommend la grotta 2 mins down the road - bar and place to swim and jump off rocks - great place to hang out and further down the road Kernow - smart bar with access to beech and lovely pool. 
Thanks to George who took us ‘doughnut’ water sking - 4 rings on the back of one boat great fun !
Our lads loved the Coconut bar opposite the apartments which we tended to go to last think for a night cap and a game of pool. 

We spent a week here, the rooms are basic, but perfect, clean with a balcony to sit and enjoy a glass of wine on an evening. Stavros is a real character, but always helpful. You can use the pool at the hotel next door which was great as very hot while we were there. There is a supermarket very close by and the Cactus Bar opposite does the best gyros pittas ever (you can get them to take away if you want). There is some parking at Sea View, which is great because parking can be a nightmare. Close enough to walk to the best beach in Paleokastrista too.

We stayed at this charming apartment in middle of Oct 2017. The building comprises of 3, 1 bedroom apartments and 2, 2 bedroom apartments. We stayed in a two bedroom which a situated at the bottom of the building down some stairs. The one bedroom are on the first floor which is down a flight of stairs from the road. The two bedroom apartments have a veranda overlooking the gardens and the most beautiful view to the sea. The first floor apartments have a balcony which probably has an even nicer view. They all have tables and chairs, and a dryer for clothes.
The two bedroom apartments are double the size of the one bedroom layout. You go in to a hall which leads to the kitchen and there is a bathroom (with bath & shower) sinks, loo and plenty of toilet roll. There is a plug for the bath but not the sink (so advice bringing one) 
From the hall there are two bedrooms, both of these lead to the veranda.   One bedroom has a double bed, the other had two single beds. Both rooms have wardrobes and a dressing table, they also have bedside tables. There are extra blankets and pillows in the wardrobes along with some coat hangers and a safe. There are mosquito nets and shutters on the windows which are very effective at their jobs.
The kitchen is well supplied with pots and pans, cutlery and utensils. There are plates and cups, glasses and other bits and pieces. We did take a non-stick pan and utensils which we used as the pans were stainless steel. There is a kettle, a full size fridge freezer (under counter fridge in one bedroom) a two ring cooker/ oven / grill and a sandwich toaster. A drainer, bread board and washing liquid was provide along with sponge and tea towel. There is a kitchen table and two chairs. 
You can access the pool of the Olympia hotel to the left of the sea view (if you are facing the sea) by crossing the court yard at the back of the apartments, however this had closed the weekend before we arrived so could not be used. It did look nice, but is unheated so very cold anyway by November. 
The apartments are owned by Stavros and his wife (who we did not meet) for 30 years and he still cares about them and his guests just as much. He is a lovely gentleman and very friendly. He comes to the apartments most days and can be found at the reception on the far left of the building, otherwise he is available on his mobile. He even came out late at night to see us in on our arrival… which actually wasn’t necessary as the apartment was easy to find. He did a BBQ on the Monday we were there which was really enjoyable. The food was delicious and plentiful, the wine was lethal, but surprisingly drinkable (fall over juice) and we met some really charming people from all over Europe. Thankfully there English was far better than my ability to speak their languages. 
The Sea Vew is about a 40 min walk from the main part of paleo, but the resort is very spread out, with tavernas and shops right along the main road in. there are lots of places to eat near to the apartment, however this late in the season, many were closed, so beware. We ended up going down to the beach side when we did eat out as the restaurants there were still open.  Most places had only recently closed for winter though so end of September / first week Oct should still be plentiful in choice. There are at least 10 within a short walk. Flavour is up on the next road above Sea View (almost in line with Sea View) about 25 mins walk. It was also shut, but looks like it’s worth the hike.
We ate at Nikos 3 times- 2 lunch and one tea. Which was lovely, friendly and huge portions.
 We also ate at Gran Aladino, the food was lovely and the English speaking waitress (daughter to the owner) was very friendly and helpful. Very good meal. We did look at the Apollon but the flies were too plentiful when we stopped for a drink. There is a nice little bar next to the Akron bar which was still open. It’s next to the Achilleon Diving Centre. There were a lot of places we would have chosen to eat at but they were closed by the time we were there.
 We went to La Grotta a few times whilst we were there, which was a very nice way to spend some time drinking wine and listening to ambient music and watching the world go by. The cove is beautiful and a short walk from the apartment. 
There are so many beaches and coves to visit along the cost, each with its own intrigues and vistas. We visited all of them I think as we walked a lot. There are all sorts of pathways down to the coast if you look for them. We found one that look us on an adventure near the Acapulco bar (which was closed) climbing down steep pathways and ladders, but brought you out at Liapades Beach at Gefira. We then walked up to Liapades town which was an intriguing Greek village with lots of history and interesting buildings. It has a little square towards the top where villagers meet. We walked back along the main road to the apartment from here. It’s quite a walk but interesting.
We walked right around Paleo, and recommend the Aquarium. It’s small but has lots to see. I fully recommend taking the invitation to have a guide as they are passionate and informative. It lengthened the visit and we learned some stuff!  They clearly enjoy what they are doing and it didn’t cost us any extra. There is a toilet here but it’s discouraged for use if you are not visiting the venue.
We walked up to the monastery and looked around. It is free to go into but leave a donation. Also wear a long skirt, ladies and cover your shoulders, they will provide skirts and wraps for you otherwise. Definately worth a look round- especially if you need a kitten fix, world of cute and very chilled out felines here.  Beautiful views and interesting artefacts. There is a man selling corn on the cob on the way down the road. These are expensive at 3 Euro, but I think it’s how the guy earns his money. They were good eating, all the butter and salt! 
There are lots of supermarkets around, however most had closed. Including the one nearest to the apartment. There is one down the road just past Spiros taverna  (to the right as you stand outside the front of  the apartments) about 7 mins walk. They have basics here. There wasn’t a full supermarket, but Kathy supermarket has the best selection we found and the prices are reasonable. The owner’s wife is English and they seem to have a good selection of goods. They also have more veg selection, and meats. 

There are bigger places in Corfu town to buy fresh fruit and veg so I would take a bag for these with you if you visit. We went on the bus. The nearest stop is past Spiros. It’s not a bad trip and very cheap. The buses are not the most frequent so be careful not to miss them. I will upload the time table. Most buses come into the town but few leave from it. You have to go to Corfu and then catch another, however this still didn’t allow you to have any time to look around if you did try this. I would recommend car hire. We didn’t this time but would if we went again.  There is the most incredible spice shop in Corfu Sweet n spicy bahar shop. It has every combination of spice and the most wonderful Lady who speaks passionately about her combinations. She is fluent in a breath taking amount of languages. I adored this place, and she sells internationally too! 
Paleo is more than what tourists see when they are shipped in on the many coaches that arrive here, its one of the most beautiful coasts I have seen. We hired a boat from Ampelaki Boats. This was brilliant but make sure you do your booking on line before you go as the small boats go very fast, we ended up with a bigger boat as we didn’t secure the booking. That said Yiannis and Marina were great, informative and helpful. The boat was hired for 5 hours and we did the whole of the permissible coastline. Wonderful experience. If you want a perfect location away from the busy areas this is a fantastic location. If i were to request anything it would be sun loungers. would we come again? Yes definitely, just a little earlier in the month  .First time self-catering but won’t be the last if they are like the Sea View. Thank you Stavros.

Basic. Clean. Good location. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties. 10 mins walk to beach. Quite hilly. Stavros the host was amazing. Free fresh eggs, fruit and wine. BBQ for guests. Washing machine available. Only UK news channels available for English speaking customers. Air conditioning. Mosquito net. 17 fabulous days. Will definitely return

We just spent 1 week here with our two teenage kids. We had the 2 bedroom appartment. Very spacious and clean. We loved the terrace with sea view! Enjoyed having our breakfast there. The pool was great. The snacks at the poolbar were very good. The owner Stavros is a wonderful host. The Bbq with the guests was very nice.The nearby supermarket sells fresh bread, even dark bread. 
The Cactus bar opposite the hotel sells very good pitabread with gyros for only €3. You can also take out.
The beach at Akroteri hotel is very nice but you need to take some stairs. The Acapulco bar near the supermarket Aris is a hidden germ as they say.
We rented a boat for a day at this bar. Great experience .

I spent 3 nights at Sea View.. Centrally located to restaurants, bars, beaches what more do you need?  I had a 2 bedroom apartment and everything was superb.  Clean and my fridge was full of grappa and water when I arrived.. Stavros is also a great host cooking a nice dinner for all his guests.  The night was great and I ended up meeting new people from all over the world.  If you need to do laundry you can do it on property as well.  That is a big plus for me because I don't like bringing dirty clothes home. The bus stop is close by which will take you into the town and very cheap.  I will always stay here next time I visit Corfu..  There is free WI-FI as well

We spent a week in SeaView, a small family house, with a wonderful view and a great host, Mr Stavros! 
We had the two-room flat in the ground floor. It was quiet and the balcony was the best  place to take breakfast or to enjoy the sounds of the night! 
Nearby the SeaView there is a nice pool which you can use, in return to buying a drink or an ice! Try the greek coffee there! 
From SeaView you can reach the amazing La Grotta in 5 minutes walk and he closes beach is only 7 min walking distance. You can walk to a good range of tavernas. 
Should we return to Corfu, we will stay again at SeaView!
