Great place to stay. Room basic but clean. Great sea view. Friendly hosts. Lovley pool across the way. Few nice restaurants few minutes away. Only a 10 minute walk from the port and 5 minutes to lical beach. Can't fault it. Would definitely stay again if ever in Alonissos

Good location although hilly, downhill to town either by the road, no steps, or by footpath via steps,
uphill back about 7 minutes. Accomodation is typical Greek, slightly dated but cleaned daily. Pool lovely with sunbeds, cushions and brollies. Sea view room was delightful, beautiful sunrise views, perfect for morning drink. Would go back.

The welcome was fabulous,  the view from the room is unbelievably breathtaking, the pool was gorgeous. the room had everything we wanted, and the bed was really comfy.  
It is just a few minutes walk into Patitiri, but Kalithea is so peaceful.

Because of COVID you need to tell them to clean the room, otherwise they wouldn't. Nice pool. 
Patitiri is build on slopes, so always you have to go up (to the hotel) or down (to the harbour, the beach etc) Rousoum Gialos beach is Nice. You should also visit the Old town (8 euro by taxi)

A really brilliant little place. Basic clean rooms with fridge (room 2 has an excellent sea view), 5 minutes walk down some steps to the harbour and with a pool across a little quiet road. Perfect budget option, with great air con on a beautiful island. 5 mins walk from non-touristy bakery and super market. Would highly recommend. 

Spent 5 nights here and they are lovely.  Set just a few minutes outside of the port these apartments are ideally located.  Rooms were pretty typical greek, but had all you needed but the view from the room was to die for..... 

The pool is big enough for a good swim as well but you are 5 minutes from the nearest beach , which although pebbles is very nice.(just take shoes to wear in the sea).

The owners of the apartments are super friendly and happy to help. We were picked up from the port, and on leaving they also dropped us back, really nice touch. Thankyou Vangelis.

You can take a short cut down to the port as well, rather than the road, which is nice.

This was our first visit to Alonnisos but will not be our last.  Its a beautiful island, well worth getting out and about,

Spotlessly clean, best air con of the holiday, gorgeous sea view from the double studio at the top of the building. 

Lovely pool across the road,easy walk to range of supermarkets and lovely bakery. 

Nice, family run accommodation, it's basic but has most of the things that you  need for a perfect stay. A

s per most Greek accommodation it is a little dated and probably needs a little moderisation, but it's still an ideal place to explore the island of Alonissos.

Perhaps some more furniture on the huge terrace would be good such as sun loungers, as the space is not really used to its full advantage.

We were here for 3 days.

Disliked nothing at all. Only thing to be aware of is that it's about 15 mins walk from the port and very uphill so be prepared if you've got luggage

We stayed here for 6 nights. 
The rooms are nice with an awesome view and specious balcony. Clean and comfortable bed, they clean everyday. And a very nice and quiet pool.
Unfortunately the rooms are a bit noisy. 
Some little thing were broken, like the shower head, the bathroom door lock and the mirror light.

Great value for money, we would definately stay here again!

We stayed in room 7 top floor with fantastic views the balcony is huge ask for room 6 or 7. Bathroom is very small which was the only downside. Bedding changed every day and rooms cleaned every day. Nice pool situated across the road which is not a problem. Owners are lovely we had a problem with the door lock this was sorted within an hour. Near enough to harbour but still steep if you have walking problems. Our fourth time to alonnissos but first to kalithea studios would definitely return again. Lovely holiday.

Can't fault it.

Definitely stay here!

Could be a great place with more attention to guest comfort and needs. Kitchenette is extremely sparse with only tiny frying pan and big stew pot. No bowls, cutting board, containers, plastic wrap. Not even dish liquid or sponge to wash dishes or cloth to wipe counter. No toaster to make toast for breakfast. No shampoo. There’s a big patio but some lounge chairs would be nice to make use of it. The location has a gorgeous view of the sea. It is not convenient to a decent beach and the advertised pool is across the street. The biggest problem is lack of internet and the inattentive hosts. We were just fobbed off as quickly as possible without being asked if we wanted information on anything. No island map in room etc. If you don’t mind struggling to find a hotel that does not even have the name on it, or going across the street to the pool to have 15 seconds of wifi, this is your place!
