I stayed there twice in 2014 and in 2017. the surrounding is very nice. I enjoyed local foods like fufu and other local spices. The swimming pool is too small for adult. The hotel rooms needs some kind of maintenance especially the bathoom.  Over all it is not that bad.

Nice place

The hotel was average but we enjoyed our stay. As other reviews indicate the hotel is a bit dated. It had 24 hour security, easy access to airport, a pool and outdoor bar. No amenities what so ever. We asked for a wake up call that never came. The breakfast and dinner was good. The jalof rice was the best I ate on our trip. Class B for Ghana or class C according to US standards. I bought some great sandals from a near by street vendor for $8 us. 

One night stay on a two week trip

I stayed here for a meeting in June 2016 and was quite disappointed. The area is nice and quiet but the hotel is old and needs renovation. It was exactly the same from the time I stayed in 2010! 
Wifi is poor and not stable. Food is the same and average quality. Staff are slow to respond. It's an average hotel that can do much better!

I stayed there for only one night, the room was clean but does not have safe box, the bathroom window not closed well allowing insect to enter the room. TV was very small.
breakfast was very poor they provide you with a limited amount of food.

One Night stay

Checked into this hotel for 2 nights. 

1.	Location – It’s near the airport so if you flying for a 1 night lay over and fly out this would be a plus point. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The down side was it’s out of nowhere and it creates an inconvenient if you wish to kill some time. 
2.	Safety – Located in a decent location. The property was in a confined area, which is gated and guarded 24/7.
3.	Services – Staff was helpful and friendly and speaks fluent English
4.	Amenities in the room – Very limited close to none.
5.	Hotel facilities – Basic. Pool, Gym, Salon, Meeting Rooms. 
6.	F&B –
a.	Breakfast spread – Decent. No buffet spread but you get to order what they have for breakfast. Decent portion and yummy. 
b.	Restaurant Menu – Good selection of local and western cuisine and they are yummy too.  
7.	Room set up – 
a.	Huge room with big bed. But please be reminded this is an extremely old hotel (need some serious upgrading) so the set up looks a bit retro. 
b.	Cleanliness – Not sure about rest of the room but mine was really below par. The bed sheet and pillow cover ware yellowish. Had to cover it with a layer of my own towel. The toilet was OK but they set up is rather old school. Shower door broken though. 
c.	AC  - Cooling 
d.	Water – Water was yellowish so have to turn it on to let it run for a while before showering. 
e.	Wifi – Available for free but the signal is as good as non so for business traveller this is the ultimate sin a hotel can ever commit. The worse experience in a hotel that I ever had. 

In conclusion, for 1 night lay over stay it’s OK. Anything more than 2 nights I would rather go for better choices (4 stars property) around the near by areas. By the way for the  standard of a 2 star property it’s fairly expensive. Paid USD120/night for a standard room.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!!!!  Dirty and disgusting hotel.  The floors in the rooms are disgusting.  Room was not cleaned before arrival and not cleaned during my stay.  On top of that they have ROACHES.  Avoid this place……run for your life.
