Most importantly and I cannot stress this enough, stephan, the owner is the single best hotel host I have ever met. He was permanently available, kind and chatty, provided ideas for daytrips and activities and was ready to help at any time. The location is perfect for hiking and with the konus card you can easily visit nearby towns for free. There are not many cultural activities nearby but if you are only looking to see a few there are plenty of locations to go to with public transport. The rooms were big and had everything you need, had clean good beds and comfortable sofas to chill and play cards in the evening. The breakfast was plentiful and they seemed to never run out of anything no matter what we ate. Everything was fresh and really diverse. The prices are also incredibly reasonable which made our surprise even bigger when we found out what we got for it. I can't thank the owner enough and will be lucky if I find any host doing a better job then he did in the future, I wish him all the best!
