Pension Am Bodensee

I drove almost five hours from Milano, reaching this small village after 1am. The door was closed, and no signs of life were there. i rang the bell and knocked in the door with no answer, till when I was giving up and leaving, the door was opened and a man in his robe opened. He took my passport and gave me a room. I was too tired and just slept thinking this is going to be a nightmare. I parked my care outside but next day they gave me access to the garage in a house opposite the hotel. In the morning, I woke up in a beautiful room, exceptional view. Everything is so tidy and perfect, with furniture that makes you feel at home and everything is clean and well-organized. I went down to the breakfast. I was astonished. This is a small place, it is a house, with such a beautiful living area, breakfast area, and a beautiful garden. The place is run by a couple who were exceptionally welcoming, smiling, and making the whole place a wonderful experience. The breakfast itself was exceptional, basic but every item is well selected, very fresh and has a special taste. The jam collection was amazing, cheese so fresh and bread varieties are amazing, even the coffee was great. Everything in this place is amazing. It is a very small hotel in a very beautiful village by Bodensee lake in Germany, the surroundings are beautiful, but the hotel was exceptional beautiful and felt like home. Even the Internet did work better than many big hotels.
