Accessible place in a good location with Metro station. We went on a very cold period and the heating was proper.
With view on the garden.  
Clean and quiet.
I would go again. We had a terrific time. 
And the price was ok.

A very good place to stay. Near to U-bahn that takes you to the center of the city quickly. Wifi was working properly. The owner of the hotel Anna was very friendly, helpful. I will always recommend this hotel. And I may visit this hotel again

Good experience

Very Good Experience

The hotel is in a great position, close to the tube and quiet. So you can go and see most of Munich easily. Staff were sort of friendly ( except there credit card system wasn't working so I felt a criminal) not her fault. Five minutes walk to the tube and a little longer to a great pizza/pasta resteraunt.... My grump..... Door to room would not close easily and bathroom door would not close at all.. ( tiles on floor lifted)  also, tv would not work due to cable broken, but not replaced over the two days even though told immediately . Positive is, 5 mins and you are on the tube to the centre....
I would stay here again as a great position but Dissapointed with the cost as in such a bad state.

Great position, tired hotel

Sunday afternoon 3 pm we arrived to a locked hotel.Eventually saw a number on a window.Rang the number and was given a code which did not work.Young lady arrived took us to a room which was already occupied tried 2 other rooms before eventually getting one.Bad start but the ladies working there tried their best.This is a very basic mixed use set of appartments which with a little expenditure and imagination could be upgraded to a much more enjoyable experience.Lovely staff good location what a pity the owners are just using it as a cash cow

Do not arrive on a Sunday

All of the negative comments from previous reviews are very true.
We stayed in this so called Hotel for 3 nights.
A reservation has been made several weeks in advance and here is what we got. 
1.	A small tiny room, we could barely squeeze into it. 
2.	A small ragged worn 2ft x 2ft table and one chair both look like found at a nearest garbage.
3.	Dirty walls with holes and hanging out electrical wires.
4.	Two wall lamps above the beds have missing bulbs. 
5.	Dirty moldy shower.
6.	Broken shower door.
7.	A bathroom has no shelves at all. 
8.	TV did not work and some wires hanging out.
9.	Poor service. We arrived in the middle of the day, bumped into a closed front door and could get inside only in 30 min with some help of a cleaning lady.
10.	Poor breakfast is not worth the money they charge.

This rotten apple almost spoiled our days in Munich.
Please stay away from Creo Living!  
It’s not a hotel, not a hostel, not a guest house. 
It’s a doss house at least.
