Close to the centre

Very comfortable and clean well located hotel. Reception helpful, within easy walking distance of the Alt Stadt. Plenty of well priced eating places close by. A present there is a new 100 shop shopping centre being built once finished a good shopping experience will be on the doorstep

Two nights in Kaiserslautern

I stayed one night at the Hotel Zepp for a family visit. The hotel is in a really central position in the city and has a very comfortable private parking lot. We were staying on the top floor in a small double room. The furnishings were a bit dated as well as the bathroom but it wasn't a problem at all because everything was clean and orderly. The staff is very polite and available. Too bad there is no accent and you always have to do the stairs but in the end, even this turned out to be a problem.

It's convenient.

I was fortunate to be able to stay at the Zepp Hotel for 11 days. Everything was extremely clean and efficiently handled. I loved being able to look out my third floor window at the city and hear the sounds of night life that gives a city its character. The proximity to the pedestrian shopping areas, parking, and transportation gave me multiple opportunities to explore even in the rain. A nutritious breakfast buffet in an relaxing atmosphere started every day off nicely. Sharing the immaculate toilet was never an issue, especially since there was a perfect sink and shower in my room. The loft like room allowed me to paint and write without distraction. Above all, the staff was welcoming and helpful in so many ways.

Wonderful experience

On a business trip to Kaiserslautern, I found this hotel searching on google map. The location is excellent, in the center with private parking available at, modest price of 3 Euro per night. The hotel is discreet, family run and extremely courteous. The hotel is not equipped with an elevator, and the stairs are rather narrow. The single room is quite small, but enough for a short, clean and very quiet stay.
