If you're thinking of booking this hotel, let it be!!!!! Any negative comment I can confirm, in my eyes this hotel shouldn't even be called a hotel! In the same annex building there is an asylum home, it's noisy, doors are knocked all night and all kinds of languages are spoken. Next to us a 4 bedroom with the most ambiguous shapes. The man at the reception could hardly see a word of German, the rooms were dirty and shower materials as well as stains from the previous one. Garbage in the room, decorated carpets, plugs don't work, broken fridge in the room, heating broken.... The absolute disaster. Such an absolute thing! The pictures of the hotel did not reflect the reality again.

Disgusting and disastrous!

The room is basically underground - in the basement. But it's also crumbled. There are no plugs and the lines look out of the box. In the bathroom there are still the remains of the former tenant in the shower. Even the trash can still has the oldest cheese from the former users. The kitchen is in a state where you prefer not to use it. For what is offered, it's hopelessly overpriced. After a week, I found a much better accommodation there for half the price.

It's never worse.

We booked a 4 persons room to 72 € per night, we did that through Hotel.de When we arrived they asked os to pay more and they asked us to pay again. The woman in reception was very unprofessional and VERY rude. 
We told them that we did not have hot water, notting happened....... 
We called Hotel.de and complained, they were very professional and about. 10 minutes after we had our money back. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! It's a fraud Hotel and they only try to scam you!! And the receptionist is the worst case of an employee we have ever experienced. Boycot this fraud Hotel!! Worst experience ever!!!!

Don't stay here!!!!

It's awful! That's all you can say! Stay away from this hotel! Breakfast is not worth 6 euros! It should cost 20 cents at most! To the rooms you can only say that a saucepan is a compliment!

To throw up!

This 'hotel' is the worst thing I've ever seen! The only thing that was okay was the location. It's really easy to find and has some parking lots quite close to the house. But then there were also the negative sides: - a betrayed building. Broken walls, stench, garbage lying around - rooms are often in the basement, barely daylight and from the outside everyone can look in. - Staff are terribly unfriendly - also old with disgusting linoleum flooring - bedspreads too thin for the temperatures. - Even every cupboard in the room is completely dry!! disgusting! - Bathrooms are also just inadequately cleaned - the showers are not made of plastic shower, but the shower bins can't be cleaned if they have gone up in the old room, and then some of them have been blown out of the door, and what's been recommended for them is that they should have been blown out of the kitchen and some of them have already been blown out of the door!
