This family run hotel sits in a beautiful part of the world and specialises in raw, vegan cuisine. In truth, I wasn't expecting too much from this experience (as I wasn't a vegan). But from the moment I tried the food - I was sold. Sure, we crept out from time to time to test some of the local cakes, beer and food, which were also excellent. But we always had our breakfast and dinner in the hotel (because it was so good). I would also like to mention the owners who were always super-friendly, helpful and happy to give you recipes and advice when asked (the couldn't have been nicer). The rooms were clean and functional, but without doubt the true star was the food - life changing.
