Convenient to (and walkable from) the train station and bus stop as well as a short walk to town. The Mister of the household was friendly and kind, spoke some English (or can converse in Russian if you'd like) but worked most of the time, so wasn't around much to answer questions. Common kitchen is shared with the family. WIFI worked well, guesthouse was clean and the family has two adorable girls. Free coffee and tea 24/7. Keep in mind this is someone's house so think twice about staying out late or raising too much ruckus. The family is kind and accommodating.
