Te Moana was a great resort for our honeymoon. The grounds were beautiful and had the perfect view of Mo’orea. We booked our stay to include breakfast and it offered a huge variety of options. It was a perfect way to start each day. The pool area was scenic and relaxing, and we loved the swim up bar. The staff was always so friendly and helpful - front desk, restaurant, room service, bar - all a pleasure to work with. HUGE shoutout to Tony, who made our trip as wonderful as it was!! He’s the man, we love this guy! Not only was he the absolute greatest bar host, he’s the reason we ended up having some of the most exciting and memorable days of our trip. He gave us great suggestions of local places to check out, and was the one who suggested we rent a car to explore Tahiti and Mo’orea - which ended up being the BEST days of the trip! DO NOT hesitate to rent a car directly from the resort and catch the ferry (with the car) to Mo’orea to drive around. We caught the ferry out at 8am and returned at 4pm, and the it was the perfect day of scenic overlooks and pristine beaches. We drove up to Belvedere Lookout and pulled over to relax on the most gorgeous beaches I’ve ever seen. You will not regret doing this!! Overall the trip was amazing and Te Moana made the perfect home-base for our honeymoon on Tahiti. - The O’Malleys!
