750 reviewsThis hotel was perfect for us in our visit to Provence. It was a great location in St. Remy with easy walking to many restaurants and the centre ville. Our room was spotless and, beside one side of the bed (see below), very comfortable and lovely. There was ample room for our things as we stayed five days. The breakfast was delicious with many offerings and the lady who ran the breakfast buffet was very friendly and accommodating. Parking was onsite and free as well as gated at night. Our room had a great patio with outdoor furniture and lots of privacy. The only issue we had was the bed sagged on one side and after the first night, I asked the female employee at the front desk if she could have housekeeping flip the mattress over. She was very unfriendly and said she would but it was never done. However, we enjoyed our stay here so much that I don’t want to let one unfriendly person take away from the rest of the experience; I’m hoping management will see this and perhaps talk to her. We highly recommend this hotel.
