233 reviewsMy husband and I are traveling in France this autumn, and our first stop out of Paris was Dinan in Bretagne with Béatrice at her lovely La Villa Côté Cour Bed & Breakfast. Our chambre was spotless, light and airy, and very quiet. Comfortable bed – we slept very well; good shower; and delicious, plentiful breakfasts. La Villa is an easy walk to restaurants and the historical center of town. We also found it to be a convenient location for our excursions to Mont St. Michel, St. Malo and the picturesque village of Villedieu-les-Poêles and our hike along the bluffs from Cap Fréhel to Fort La Latte. Béatrice was available to answer our questions throughout our four-day stay, and her suggestions enhanced our exploration of Dinan and vicinity. She and I spoke a mélange, or mixture, of French and English and shared a few friendly laughs when we stumbled in the other’s language. On-street parking nearby was never an issue. We highly recommend staying at La Villa Côté Cour!
